I really enjoyed my stay at the Palm's for the following reasons:
1. The rooms are updated, clean, and have comfortable beds and pillows.
2. They have nice restaurant choices at all price levels, plus they still have a buffet that specializes in seafood with lobster on Wed. nights, I think
3. They have entertainment, a very nice concert hall, The Pearl, and soon to open a pool club by Sammy Hagar with live music.
4. They have a very nice heated pool with updated lounges, pool bar, stage, and single poolside cabanas on the second level at a price, of course. Very nice design.
5. They have a great rewards program, which is especially nice for locals
6. We experienced great customer service, parking is free, easy to get around inside, short hallways in the hotel towers, and you still can get free drinks if you gamble. It's not on the strip, but the strip would be a quick Uber ride or drive.

Love this place! Very clean and although smoking is allowed we didn’t have a smoke smell when we left which is great! Send nudes is a delish place to eat in the casino! Also the pizza place is bomb! Rooms were fine. We did get charged for snacks in the room that we never did eat, but I guess they were accidentally moved by putting our stuff near them. Other than that, we had a great time.

The rooms in Fantasia Tower are amazing. But if you plan on using the pool good luck. Was at the hotel for a week and every single day they had only one pool open and it was over packed.
Letting locals in or non guests is just bad, because paying guests are not able to enjoy the amenities. The gym in the morning was the something packed to the gills.

Overall, a nice experience. Since San Manuel tribe took over I noticed a lot of improvements. The rooms are pretty decent and clean. The gaming is pretty good. The food choices, although limited are decent too. For the right price point, it is well worth staying here. You’re not going to get the rowdy strip crowd which if you’re here for a pretty relaxing time with an older crowd, this isn’t bad.
