Exceptional service extended by every staff I met. From the service staff whom greeted me at the beginning to the recreation staff who made me feel so much like a kid again. A big shout out to Wan from recreation who is really passionate about his work. He makes every guest feels like home! He was thorough in his games demonstration and ensures that we have plenty of activities even though my family and I thought we were just having a simple swim. Extremely commendable! Rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious as well. Will definitely be back in future!

One of the most aesthetically appealing hotels we have stayed in. From the adults infinity pool, to the sunken dining tables for breakfast and the huge hammock bed at the pool bar, everything here has been thought of. It’s about a 5 minute walk from the start of the busier area with bars and restaurants. It has a private beach that’s well maintained. Rooms are spacious and free bottled water is provided daily. Staff couldn’t do enough for you.
The only negative I can say, which is minor in the grand scheme of things, related to the lift. Whilst there, on our side of the hotel, only one lift worked, which meant sometimes it took a while to get up and down from our room.

Will have spent 1 week here when leave on Wednesday. Excellent hotel with friendly staff, particularly Nastasia in restaurant and Choon in bar. Enjoyed evening music. Great breakfast selection and all meals we had in evening were very good. Huge pool and right on beach. Spacious rooms and very clean.
Only negative was charge requested for room after check out
time. 150 RM per hour seems excessive after spending a week eating and drinking here. This however would be only negative. Would certainly recommend hotel
Just wanted to update review to say checkout issue has been resolved with satisfactory compromise of 3PM for 5.30 pick up. So pleased to get sorted as have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Staff are excellent and would certainly stay again. Thanks also to reception staff for assistance in printing boarding passes. All staff are a credit to the hotel

Our stay at ParkRoyal has been simply the best! From the time you arrive right throughout your stay, their service and hospitality is unmatched. They have the friendliest staff, spacious rooms, delicious and wide variety of food and the most stunning views and they go the extra mile to help you. I would highly recommend this resort :)

Exceeded my expectations at this price point. Very beautiful and nice pool but could get crowded. The burger and fries I ordered by the pool were unexpectedly-good, reasonable price too.
Had dinner at the fine dining restaurant, food and service there was very good.
Room was basic but massive. Breakfast was ok.
Expect to stay inside the hotel as it is considerably far from everything but it's only a 10 minute drive from the airport.
