On arrival very smart staff met our vehicle, unloaded our luggage and brought it to reception while we were checked in effortlessly. Luggage brought to our room and staff so friendly. Let me tell you.... The food quality and selection is outstanding! Can't wait for tomorrow! Highly recommend!

Brilliant place but cleaning staff nicked my wife's phone and other items. Jet2 and hotel staff just pass you off. Lots of fun entertainment. Photographer is a rip off, tells you price but it's not accurate but good photo's. Food decent, drinks very good and close to Central town and very cheap bus so worth visiting. Just be careful about phones. Wife's phone was taken from the room

Fantastic Hotel. The staff really made this Hotel. Food was great and rooms were cleaned everyday. Entertainment was awesome. Only negative was location a little way out. Would definately stay again in a heartbeat.

The facilities are generally quite clean and the staff are on the large friendly and helpful. There is great variety of food on the main meals, but the snacks are pizza, chips and burgers on repeat. I found all the drinks (soft and alcoholic) to be awful. Shout out to the kids club team - Nur and Maria, they try very hard. Overall a nice experience and I would stay again owing to the cleanliness and freshness of the food.

Wow I’m just home from spending a week in this amazing hotel, myself and my family and friends had the best holiday. Staff were just amazing, so friendly and helpful. Entertainment was brilliant, and the entertainment staff were great fun and so nice. Spent time chatting and playing with the kids. We loved the shows. Food was delicious with plenty to choose from. Icecream and sweat treats served all day which kids loved. The pool was great, with planty of sun loungers. Our room was lovely and spotless with a fantastic view of the pool area and sea. We can’t wait to come back next year.
