All the staff here are amazing and extremely friendly and accommodating. Rooms are incredible and clean. Many different pools with lots of bars and entertainment. Special shout out to the spa team. Firstly booking it with the gent called Ahmed, he was extremely friendly and even gave us a deal on massages AND upgraded us for free to a private spa. The treatment itself was just as incredible, sauna was amazing as well as the steam room and jacuzzi . The masseuses were equally incredible and accommodating, not awkward at all. The massages were also amazing and relaxing. Can’t give a big enough shout out to all of the staff at this hotel. Definitely recommend, especially the spa.

Superb resort. Its standard is right up there. The rooms and facilities are first class. Above all its staff are incredibly friendly and there to make sure your stay is exactly the holiday you want. This is incredibly difficult in all-inclusive multi cultural resorts. They manage it extremely well. The food on offer is beyond belief. The many restaurants and quality of food is outstanding. The quiet adult only pool areas are as they say..if you want entertainment its available..if you want peace so is it. No complaints whatsoever!

Nice hotel and location. Very quiet and you could always get a sun longer Not enough variety on the food and desserts. Fish in particular was dry on a number of occasions and food not hot at times. Need to fix those aspects. Staff very friendly.and they keep the hotel looking nice, clean and tidy. Did not visit the chargeable restaurants as quite pricey especially as we paid a lot to be all inclusive. I think others felt the same as they were empty a lot of the time. Hotel should think about making those restaurants part of all inclusive then more people would go.

On my last day in this resort and all I can say AMAZING . We traveled with two kids, the room was spacious and very comfortable. The food delicious, the grounds absolutely stunning but more importantly the staff.. so kind and helpful, perfect service. I highly recommend this resort to anyone traveling to Sharm El-Sheikh. You’ll not find better service and better value for your money than this resort.

Our stay at Sunrise Arabian Hotel was a fantastic vacation. The hotel is well-maintained, with a nice location and a good atmosphere. The food is incredibly tasty, and there is a fantastic selection to choose from. You can enjoy different types of meals every day, as there are various cuisines available. The breakfast is amazing, with a wide variety of options on the buffet. The prices of the food are reasonable and affordable, making it easy to enjoy the culinary offerings. The restaurant staff provides excellent service, and they are helpful and attentive to your needs. We would like to express our gratitude to the team at the Thai restaurant, especially Mr. Ali and his entire team. The bar service is also great. The waiters at the pool bar are always walking around, providing a prompt service of delicious cocktails. The cocktails themselves have a fantastic taste, and the alcoholic beverages are of high quality. The hot drinks are also exceptional and offer a delightful brand. The hotel provides a high-quality environment for relaxation, making you feel like you are in paradise. We will definitely be returning and will gladly recommend the resort to our family and friends.
