This is going to be an honest and fair review. It’s a truly spectacular looking hotel and looks the part. Definitely 5 star in that regard. I haven’t seen its true potential, as Candyland and some of the kids club was under construction. Whatever they did have available for the kids was immaculately kept and beautifully designed. The games room and kids room were great. The dinosaur park is not yet ready, so we didn’t see that. What let the experience down was how unhelpful staff were. Guest relations staff specifically. We attempted to make repeated reservations at the a la carte restaurant and succeeded just once. It was very irritating to have to keep going down and be turned away because guest relations had failed to put down our room number on the guest list. We had to keep going back and forth with guest relations on this issue. I wanted to enjoy screen mirroring but it wasn’t working, I asked for this to be please be sorted. No technician was sent to our room, at any point. Room service is NOT part of the ‘all inclusive’ feature. There were shows on for children, but these shows coincided with dinner. Felt like a rush. They could have timed these shows much better, at a more convenient time, not when it’s the kids bedtime at 8 going through to past 9pm. Dinner menu and food seemed quantity over quality and was not the best. Average I would say. I did like how they had a separate dining area for kids. I was shocked at how there were NO baby changing facilities. Such a simple thing to install, yet no toilets, not even disabled toilets, not even the toilets in the kids club had anywhere to change nappies! Wasn’t thought out very well there. No real activities for the adults. No archery, no entertainment shows. The beach was nice, as were the pools. On the whole, I would consider the stay boring in light of the above, especially considering we have had two prior amazing stays in turkey with the kids.

We stayed her last year as a family of five with milk allergies and the staff were fantastic and took time out to prepare special meals for the family to eat so we didn't miss out on the all inclusive. Plus everything is clearly labelled so it was easy for the kids to experience getting their own food (and going up again). Facilities are fantastic, private beach was great, multiple pools (and a heated one outdoor) lots for the kids to do including kids club and dinosaur park, plus a water park with loads of slides. This alone is probably worth £50+ each day you go taking your family, but it's included in your room fee! My family really enjoyed this and we'd 100% recommend this to other families, it's a destination and hotel that we'd happily return to.

Me and my familly are still here. We are very disapointed with our stay. We came here because of Candy Land and all of the kids activitis in the hotel. This vacation was planned especially for our daughter so that's why we choosed this hotel. When we arravied on 1st of May there was a construction going on in the whole area. Candy Land was not working at all. They opened it on the 2nd of May. We went there between the construction and all of the dust. Only 30% of the attractions were working. The water was full with dust from the construction. Disgusting. The theme park is not working at all. The other kids places are not working as well. Tomorrow I will upload photos. If anyone who is reading this review has an upcoming holiday in the next month I would recommend to cancel it.

We liked absolutely everything: the rooms, the beach and pools, the food, the service, and especially tennis and padel courts! the staff was very helpful every time we need it. Very big territory with instagram views
