We have been to this place many times, but we only came to eat in the restaurant. And we were always allowed to swim in the pool for free if you are a guest of the restaurant. Today we got into an unpleasant situation. The hotel management hanged themselves very cheaply. We were not warned that the pool (500r per person) and even the parking of the bike (500r per person) became paid. They did not explain all this to us in advance. And they started calling the police when we were leaving the parking lot, and we did not even understand why. The cuisine has become worse. We always took pizza and it was great, but this time it was terrible, the dough was rubbery. And in addition, they spoiled our mood. Bottom line - I do not recommend it if you do not want your vacation to be spoiled

Visited to this rooftop restaurant and bar. Service from staff was very friendly and good was even amazing. Lemon butter fish was delicious and was very well cooked and served. Views are good from the rooftop location.
Did not stayed in the hotel. People get confused but its easy access for all public to access the restaurant serving delicious food with a friendly staff always smiling and great value for money as prices are reasonable as other places nearby.

stayed at Acacia Hotel & Spa, Candolim Goa from 12/04/2025 to 14/04/2025 for 2 days with my 2 kids less than 4 years & wife. Location seems good in city center nearby to beach. Rooms are proper to standards, however not much properly equipped with basic needs like bath rope, iron box, Hand/face towel, door mats, food menu, room service/emergency contact details, Hotel broacher/amenities etc. Moreover we faced lots of problem due to frequent power supply failures & also DG also not getting auto starting due to which frequent power supply issues i.e., around 8-10 times each day & that too during our limited room stay period. Kids were very disappointed as there was no kids swimming pool & play park. Also they are adhering to 3 P.M check-in time. I reached Hotel around 1215 P.M with my little kids & bundles of luggage, but the receptionist was not enough keen about to arrange the room as they are strictly adhered to 12 PM checkout policy. They allotted me the room after 1520 hrs that too after repeated requests & quarrel. There check-in time is 1500hrs & checkout is 1200hrs, which is very inconvenient during check-in & also taking 2 hours early departure as normally all hotels follow 1200hrs checkin & 1100hrs checkout in Goa. We liked the Restaurant & food services at the roof-top restaurant., feltonly this part is value for money apart from stay in Hotel.

Had a great stay. Reservation was done by Bhanumaty Ma'am who is great at it. Gave me good deal and a very good accomodation based on my needs. The lady who checked us in was outstanding. Rooms 187 and 188 in villa d were excellent and 188 has a sea view from sit out. Amazing garden and landscaping. A very very hard working gardener kept it pristine. Forgot to tip him. Zest staff were very good and organized a cake cutting on our final day which was a warm gesture. Thank you. Beach grill staff are good and hard working. Could do even more better by not rushing customers to buy more items and letting them be in peace on the beach front. Buggy guys are quick and efficient. Pool bar also works very well and guys are hard working. Mr Gopal's foot massage was excellent. Ride to the airport in kia limousine was like walking in the clouds and the driver was very well behaved and caring. Overall an excellent vacation.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Resort in Goa was truly a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff genuinely went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of.
We were traveling with a toddler, and the kind of attention and care the staff gave to our family, especially to our little one, was heartwarming. They were always attentive to our needs and made sure we had everything required for a smooth, stress-free stay. Whether it was arranging meals suitable for our toddler or making the environment child-friendly, their thoughtfulness was evident at every step.
The infrastructure of the resort is excellent – clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The rooms were very comfortable, the ambiance was peaceful, and all amenities were well taken care of.
The food was another highlight of our trip. Every meal was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and the kitchen staff made special efforts to customize food to our preferences when needed. The quality, taste, and presentation were consistently impressive.
Service across the board – from housekeeping to front desk to the restaurant – was extremely professional, prompt, and friendly. The staff truly ensured that our stay was not just comfortable, but memorable.
In summary, everything – the infrastructure, food, service, rooms, and the overall experience – was excellent. We left with beautiful memories and would highly recommend Holiday Inn Resort, Goa, especially for families traveling with young children.

The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel at home. The hotel was spotless, with rooms and bathrooms always tidy and well-maintained. The A/C worked perfectly to keep us comfortable.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the food. The in-house restaurant served delicious meals breakfast including option, with variety of food options. Incredible Service.

A large resort hotel with lovely rooms, good pools, excellent spa and a range of dining options.
The staff and service was excellent from the moment of check-in throughout the stay.
A small issue with room service was addressed immediately and the senior staff went out of their way to make sure I was left happy.
Lots of areas to relax. The beach is not very nice at this location, so if that's important to you then perhaps this is not your place.

We attended a one-day conference at the Grand Hyatt. The valet parking was convenient, and the hall was spacious and well-suited for the event. We appreciated the provided tea, coffee, and lunch, and found the conference itself to be informative.

Amazing place to spend time with your loved ones. There are multiple activities, indoor and outdoor as well. They have a casino as well and there is a dress code for the casino entry even for their guests, which we were not aware of so we were not allowed inside with our holiday outfits.
Not to forget their breakfast and dinner buffet spread as well and the food was delicious with a variety of different dishes.

Just returned from a 3-day team getaway at D' Alturas Goa, and it was absolutely fantastic! The property is beautifully maintained with a great mix of comfort and style — perfect for both relaxation and team bonding. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. From smooth check-in to delicious meals and quick assistance whenever required, their service really stood out.

Resort De Alturas : Terrible Stay – Would Not Recommend!
We had an absolutely horrible experience staying at Resort De Alturas. From the moment we entered the room, we were greeted with a strong, damp smell that made the entire stay uncomfortable. It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned, as we noticed dust, stains, and an overall lack of hygiene.
The biggest issue was the electricity – it kept going on and off throughout our stay, making it extremely frustrating. Despite complaining multiple times, the problem was never resolved. To make matters worse, the TV in our room didn’t work for the entire four days we stayed there! Again, the staff showed no urgency or willingness to fix the issue.
Hygiene was another major concern. We found cockroaches in the bathroom, which was absolutely disgusting. This alone speaks volumes about the hotel’s lack of cleanliness and maintenance.
On top of everything, the service was incredibly poor. The staff was unresponsive, and whenever we requested assistance, we either got delayed responses or no help at all. It felt like they simply didn’t care about their guests’ comfort.
The breakfast was just as bad as the rest of the experience. The food was tasteless and poorly prepared.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. If you value cleanliness, comfort, and decent service, I strongly advise you to avoid this place. We were feeling helpless as we had paid the money in advance. It’s not at all worth the money or the frustration!

We (A P Bhaskaran & Premakumari), part of a 25 member group, were your guests for a short period (March 25-28) in Room No 502 and enjoyed your hospitality to the maximum. It was our first visit to Goa. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to our friends/relatives who are planning to visit Goa as the room service was astonishing. In no time they could attend to our needs. Further the front office team, comprising Luxmi, Saraswati & Vinod, with a welcome smile always on their faces, were extremely courteous and helpful. The F & B section (Gopi, Monika, Deepak, Neeraj, Chandan & Jisu) also rose to our expectations and deserve appreciation. In short our stay in De Alturas was a memorable one. Thanking you and wishing the management the very best.

**A Hotel Experience You'll Never Forget (For All the Wrong Reasons)**
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this utterly disappointing hotel, and I must say, it was an adventure I'll never forget. Here are the highlights:
1. **The Electric Kettle Challenge**: The kettle was a delightful puzzle. To get it working, you had to hold it in a very specific way, like a magic trick. It was like they wanted to test your patience and creativity.
2. **The Jammed Balcony Door**: Because who needs fresh air or a view, right? The door was stuck, ensuring you stayed cooped up in your room, enjoying the stale air.
3. **The Bathroom Experience**: The flush and shower were temperamental, adding an extra layer of excitement to your morning routine. Will it work today? Maybe, maybe not!
4. **Average Food**: The culinary experience was as thrilling as watching paint dry. It was neither here nor there, just existing.
5. **The AC Saga**: The air conditioning was set up to turn off every 30 minutes, because who needs consistent cooling? It was like they wanted to keep you on your toes. And don't even get me started on the complaints – they were as effective as a whisper in a hurricane.
6. **The Two Buildings**: This hotel has two buildings, and we were lucky enough to be in the worst one. It felt like they reserved the best for someone else, perhaps a VIP guest... or a ghost.
7. **Wi-Fi That Will Drive You Crazy**: The internet was slower than a snail on valium. It was like they wanted to ensure you had plenty of time to reflect on your life choices.
8. **The Special Guests**: And then there were the rats. Not one, not two, but multiple rats, the size of small cats. It was like they were the actual owners of the place, and we were just temporary visitors.
In conclusion, if you're considering booking a room here, think twice. In fact, think thrice. You might be better off sleeping on the streets of Goa. At least there, you won't have to deal with all these "amenities." So, go ahead and take a chance... if you dare.

⭐ Disappointing Experience at De Alturas Resort ⭐
I recently stayed at De Alturas Resort, which claims to be a 4-star hotel, but unfortunately, my experience did not match those expectations.
Internet Connectivity – Extremely Poor
The hotel advertises WiFi, but the actual experience was frustrating. They have a 10 Mbps plan shared across 105 rooms, making it nearly impossible to use. When I raised this issue with the receptionist, the manager simply showed his own phone near the router, saying, “See, it works fine.” This was not helpful, as the connection in the rooms remained weak and unreliable.
Room & Facilities – Need Serious Maintenance
The toilet seat was broken, making it difficult to use comfortably.
There were ants in the bathroom, indicating cleanliness issues.
The door lock did not function properly, making security a concern.
Hotel Appearance & Surroundings
While the front of the hotel looks decent, the backside of the property felt unsafe and poorly maintained. It did not seem suitable for families, and the overall environment raised concerns.
Food & Dining – Repetitive and Lacking Freshness
The food served at the hotel lacked variety and seemed to be reused or reheated from previous meals. The quality was disappointing, and the options were very limited.
Staff & Customer Service – Needs Improvement
The staff was not attentive or welcoming. When I raised concerns, they seemed uninterested, and the manager was dismissive rather than addressing the issues.
Final Thoughts
This hotel has potential but needs serious improvements in terms of service, maintenance, and amenities. For the price charged, the experience was disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are addressed.

Staying at Hard Rock Hotel Goa was an absolute blast from check-in to check-out! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with killer tunes spinning in the lobby and the friendliest staff you could ask for. My room was super spacious, decked out with all the rock ’n’ roll memorabilia, and that giant comfy bed made sleeping in feel like a luxury.
The pool Area, food and the service was next level any request I had was handled with a smile, whether it was extra towels by the pool or tips on the best nearby beach clubs. Overall, Hard Rock Hotel Goa nailed the perfect mix of laid-back tropical vibes and high-energy rock ’n’ roll spirit. Can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is really nice. The staff as well. Overall you can enjoy your stay here. But the food quality needs to be improved along with the variety of dishes. We enjoyed our stay at the hard rock hotel. The staff here are very attentive and accomodating. The pool area is nice and there is a wide selection of drinks and cocktails available from the bar. Elvira will ensure that every drink is made to your taste, because sometimes cocktails can be different when in a different country. Breakfast in the morning has a range of Indian and western options, but mostly Indian. The room service menu is expansive and has a huge selection of international cuisine and is available 24/7. The hotel is located on a very narrow street, which can make it difficult to walk when there is a lot of traffic so get picked up when you can.

Service was worst ever experienced. Reception service was only bad. Breakfast was not organised properly. Food was not average for a 5 star hotel. We ordered omelettes 4 times with specific instructions, the salt every-time too much to make us sick. We were getting late for our flight and they could not bring our luggage down for atleast half an hour. They couldn’t communicate with their staff only to help the guests.

The property is located very conveniently. The staff have excellent customer satisfaction skills and go out and c their way to make situations right. I had an ac issue but first thing in the morning they made sure to get another room prepared and available. I would recommend this property for anyone who wants to have relaxed destress holiday. Point to note the staff are very attentive and will go out of their way to make your stay a good one.

Radisson Candolim is 4 Star that gives you 5 Star service and 6 Star breakfast buffet experience. The reception is professional courteous and accommodating, I was welcomed by Charan and Aaron who made me feel more than welcome,helped me out with the bookings. I guess they have great chef as the breakfast buffet on both days was exceptionally good, every item served inspite of the variety was tasty. Moreover bakery items were super fresh, authentic and delectable something I sorely missed in other Radisson or any other 4 or 5 star hotels. Had great experience throughout, had issues with the AC that was promptly fixed, every request was entertained. I am impressed.
4 Star for the Rooms, cause after having had stayed at the Radisson Blu, even the classiest and spacious rooms feel mediocre, lol.
And appreciate the chocolates and fruits offered as welcome treat and the good night ones. Nice.
The best part is right outside the hotel there is cab stand and you get bikes on rent. Which was very convenient. The beach is nearby, but I used the bike to explore the place. The next day booked the cab from the same point, great guys friendly and reasonable.

Disrespected, Disappointed & Left with Poha – Not the Radisson Experience I Expected
This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We were told by Radisson staff that breakfast is served till 11 AM. Based on that, we walked in around 10:37 AM—still within the window we were assured of.
What happened next was beyond humiliating: the staff started clearing the buffet right in front of us, removing dishes as we tried to pick our plates. No warning. No courtesy. Not even the decency to let us scoop a single item before they stripped the counters clean.
We were left standing with empty plates, offered nothing but leftover poha and a few pieces of fruit—not even an apology, let alone a gesture to make up for it. No effort was made to help, no concern shown for guests who were just 7 minutes late based on THEIR timing.
This isn’t how a premium hotel treats its guests. Hospitality is about care, not clockwork cruelty.
If you value respect and basic courtesy, look elsewhere.
This Radisson didn’t deliver service—it delivered disappointment.

Fabulous welcome, drink, necklace made of tiny sea shells was a welcome gift. Faux sort of "colonial" style rattan sofas to sit at whilst you check in. Wonderful uniformed security guard, in what looks like a ceremonial get up. Warm welcoming professional staff, top hospitality here. Great location just of Fort Aguad Road, very close to banks with cash ATMs, shops, restaurants and cafes. Great fruit seller sole trader, sells grapes, melons, guava, mangos of good quality close by. Hotel has a jewellery shop with fabulous designs and a shop with ceramics in that maybe for show rather than sale(?).
Great pool , with a bar, plenty of sun loungers, music a few nights of the week till 10pm.
Very good rooms some with balconies. Air con and ceiling fans too. Good shower with gowns and slippers included, certainly in my room.
The room attendant was excellent, Ram, very diligent and hard working.
Breakfast is ok make use of the chef preparing freshly made omelette and masala dosa's both excellent and made to order. Might've been an idea to try the local chorizo.....
Lunch and supper as well as room service all very good. Different prices minor style and speciality dishes compared to the Park Inn down the road. But both very good.
If I try to find fault it might be the lack of privacy I feel here. Check-in was in front of people lounging on sofa, the card payment machine reads out the amount charged for all to hear, my room was entered to drop off night time chocolate treats from chef - spoiler alert. That said there are niftty buttons for do not disturb and make up my room button too.
I had a lovely 4 day stay here. They are very security conscious not much gets in car wise . There is a taxi rank off site. Language ability here is higher more advanced than other places in Goa. Plenty of staff, in the lobby.

Had a pleasant stay at Novotel resorts. Suites are big enough for family of 4. Clean rooms, prompt service and helpful staff made our holiday wonderful 😀 Buffet breakfast was tasty too, but repetitive. Could have been better if food and dessert options were changed often. Overall a great property to stay with family and friends for a relaxed holiday. Will definitely visit again.

It could have been better. It’s a nice experience in Novotel but here it was not so great. It’s a small resort for Goa standards. Pool is small and does not feel exclusive. Sun beds are few and are very close to each other. Check in and check out time is high and service levels are not that great. Food is good here with nice spread and location is 10 min walk from beach.

Great hotel with clean, spacious rooms and beautifully kept grounds. The beach is close by and staff is very helpful. Especially the breakfast buffet was amazing. The very thoughtful and super attentive chef Denzil surprised us with local delicacies like freshly made dosas or paratas every morning and no wish was left unfullfilled. Can only recommend and if you stay don't forget to gave some local dishes prepared by chef Denzil.

About an hour and a half drive drive from GOI airport, you end up in this lovely resort tucked away from the rush life off the North Goa. Welcoming us with a smile and a welcoming garland was one of the amazing staff at the hotel who were always going out of their way to help you. The food was lovely with lots of variety from continental to local varieties. The rooms were very large and accommodating, and they were superbly clean, which included the whole resort, which was spotless. Hats off to the teams on the floor with maintaining the resort ground. I didn't really know what I was walking into as it was booked by someone else and did not even see the photos online. I was expecting a tower block of a hotel in the middle of a ground, but oh boy, these were cute village like feel of a houses with a flat on the ground and a flat on the first floor, so you own either the ground or top floor while staying there. Staff in the breakfast bar were amazing who go out of their way to get you what you need and recommend new items to try. Highly recommended for a nice getaway. Would definitely come back for another long rest.

The spa pool area is absolutely stunning.
It’s peaceful, beautifully designed, and feels like a hidden little paradise.

You can easily lose track of time there.
And the brunch? Incredible.
A great mix of local and international options, with something for everyone.
The service was warm and attentive, and the whole vibe just felt easygoing and luxurious without being over the top.

3/5 Stars - A Mixed Experience at Alila Diwa Goa*
I recently had the opportunity to stay at Alila Diwa Goa, and while it was a pleasant experience, there were some drawbacks that prevented me from giving it a higher rating.
Firstly, the hotel's location is quite traditional and peaceful, surrounded by picturesque paddy fields. It's an ideal setting for events and weddings, and I can see why it's a popular choice for couples and event planners.
However, when it comes to the rooms, I was shocked by the huge rates they charge. Compared to other star hotels in the area, Alila Diwa Goa seems to be overpriced. The rooms are elegant and comfortable, but not worth the hefty price tag.
Overall, I would recommend Alila Diwa Goa for its beautiful setting and excellent event facilities. However, travelers on a budget may want to consider other options in the area

Location wise and atmosphere is great. You have direct access to beach and they have their own chairs to relax and enjoy the beach if you opt.
I had chaotic & delayed breakfast may be because of vacation schedule, but again staff very helpful.

The worse place along all the taj hotel across the world , worse front desk staff ( not all some staff) , caravella the restaurant was too worse , service wise , hygenic & cleaning was too worse , but the chef savyo & caravella manager sourabh was good staff felt like they are taj staff rest all are i thought taj holiday might given to a out source are what. Nothing was clean their & hygenic wise also worse they won’t clear plates too & wont even ask about any orders , my friend ordered uttapam but they gave even after a 45 min , but the chef savyo & sourabh helped later .

I wanna specially mention nitika who arranged our checkin and taking care of our experience everyday. Chef vivek was awesome the food and the way he interacts with the guest was very good he helped us with the food for our kids throughout the stay. Priyanshi in the buffet restaurant was very good. We decided to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary in India with the lion’s share of our time being spent in Goa at the Marriott Goa Resort. This was an excellent choice of hotel to start off our celebrations as the friendliness of the management and staff were second to none.
Even before our arrival our communications with the Marriott management team were excellent. The team were aware we were celebrating our anniversary and did everything they could to help us mark this special occasion.
The food (definitely try the fresh fish from their al fresco dining) and our room (with spectacular sunset views) were wonderful but what was truly exceptional was the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. Throughout our stay we were greeted with smiles and warm welcomes. We have been in touch with the hotel directly to commend certain individuals, but I am sure you will find all the staff very welcoming.
If you are planning to visit Goa for a special occasion or even just for a holiday, I would highly recommend staying at the Marriott Goa Resort.
We really hope we will be able to return again soon!

Nestled in a great location, this hotel offered a memorable stay for our family. From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff and the thoughtful touches made it clear we were in a parent-friendly haven. One of the standout features was the food. Chef Rishi and Vivek deserve special mention for going above and beyond to fulfill all dietary requirements for our children, which made mealtimes stress-free. Our kids were well cared for, and the pool became their favorite spot, offering both fun and safety in equal measure. As parents, this made our time relaxing and enjoyable.
There were, however, a few technical issues with the room that needed attention. While this was a minor inconvenience, it didn’t take away from the overall positive experience.
In all, this is a highly recommended hotel for families looking for comfort, good food, and thoughtful service.

An excellent sprawling property where one can spend quality time. Rooms are good, service is excellent. Food quality is also good. Breakfast and dinner buffet spreads are great. Although we faced a couple of issues in the room but the same were attended to promptly.
Only issue I found was that there is no door to shut up bath area from living area. While it may be ok for couples, those with children or others like brother/sister etc shall find it very uncomfortable.

This is by far the best experience I had in any 5 Star Hotel.
Greeted warmly by the Staff and was giving a very good overview of the hotels.
Ocean view Room was heavenly, loaded with all modern features.
Food was fine with nothing much in Veg Starters, which was a minus.
Since its adjecent to Taj Heritage you can enjoy the facilities of a resort while staying in the comfort of a Hotel.
It has two very nice nice infinity pools with complimentary Steam and Souna.
Also kids play area is very good with a very cheerful staff.
I am overall satisfied with the stay.

My 2nd visit. Located in Dona Paula, this property has a private beach. The area is quiet unlike North Goa. Recently taken over by Taj. The property has 2 wings - Horizon (new, multi-story building, some rooms have sea view, about a km away from beach, no direct access from the building) and Heritage (the old one, rooms with balcony that open up to the sea, few steps and u r on the beach). All good except food. I recall from my last visit as well that food wasn’t tasty and similar experience this time as well. This is rare for a Taj property. If that can be fixed, the stay would be near perfect.

The food at its on-site restaurants falls flat but the experience and ambiance is incredible. Overall the team excels in creating inviting and tranquil atmosphere in all the spaces they create.

I stayed at this resort for almost a week, and while the property is undeniably beautiful, the experience fell short of the standards I’d expect from a 5-star resort. Unfortunately, there were several inconsistencies throughout our stay that impacted the overall experience.
The staff was friendly and did upgrade our room, which was appreciated. However, even in the upgraded room, there were a few lapses in service. For example, while they kindly left us a bottle of wine, there was only one wine glass provided and no bottle opener. The bathrobes were removed after the first day and never replaced, and there was no daily refresh of fruit- something we’ve come to expect from other resorts like The Leela, where we’ve stayed before.
The breakfast buffet is nice but expect the same throughout the week more or less in terms of dishes
One of the frustrating aspects was the lack of communication between staff. For services we paid for in cash, the charges still appeared on our final bill, so I’d recommend carefully reviewing your bill at checkout.
Additionally, transportation costs seemed excessive—a one-way taxi fare to Goa International Airport (GOI) was quoted at ₹3,000, which doesn’t align with standard rates of ₹25 per km of the hotel, even for a round trip with no waiting time.
The resort also lacked some of the thoughtful touches and activities offered at other luxury properties in this price range. For example, there was no evening tea service or any special activities or performance , which are common at places like The Ritz or The Leela.
Overall, while the property itself is stunning and the views are breathtaking, it feels like you’re primarily paying for the location and rooms rather than a truly exceptional service or amenities experience.

Special appreciation goes to Dave and Neil at the front office, whose friendly demeanor, efficiency, and personalized assistance made check-in and every interaction seamless. Their genuine care stood out. Equally commendable are Rahul and Shailesh from housekeeping, who ensured our room was spotless and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs with kindness and attention to detail.
From the exquisite dining to the serene spa, everything was flawless. Taj Fort Aguada is a gem, Highly recommended!

Beautiful property with lovely spacious rooms. We were a family of 4 adults and 2 kids and had the perfect rooms interconnected. Ideal for a family. Lots of kid friendly activities , a huge pool and it is Beachfront. Breakfast was great too. Everything is top notch here, right from rooms to amenities to gardens to food.
I have been to many Taj properties, this is the one of the flagship Taj. This one seems to be inspired by Marriott & Hilton properties in Maui, Hawaii (with far better guest services... lol). I can easily call it one of the best Taj I have been to. Honestly, I'll give it edge over Exotica in Andaman as well. Don't get me wrong, the Radha nagar beach in Andaman is far superior & gorgeous. But this property overall felt better put together.
And big thank you to the amazing & courteous staff over here, I think they were the x factor in this whole stay which elevated our experience. Trust me I was with 2 kids & ageing parents. It's not easy to keep folks from all generations happy.
Bottom line, this Taj is superb! Next time if I visit Goa, this is going to be my only stop.

Excellent stay, comfortable room with all amenities provided, Royal Suite is the best with a private plunge pool also. Big main swimming pool, lawns, ducks, fishes, kids play arrangements, beach access everything was great. Warmth & hospitality of all staff members were great including Frontdesk (Bhavsinh, Shridhar, Isa, Kelly), Housekeeping, Security, Room service everyone. Special mention for the F&B team, food & cocktails were great. Chef Sam personally looked into what we want and always Special care was taken by all to ensure my 2.5 year old Son is happy. The Royal Orchid exceeded our expectations. This was our 1st visit there. We had read some negative reports on Google about the food and dated rooms. All totally untrue.
The premises are large, green, very well maintained and touching a white sand uncrowded beach.
The room a junior suite was spacious, new and well appointed.
The food quality both for the breakfast and dinner buffets were very good. The selection on offer wasn’t vast but adequate. Chef Sam was around everyday and did a very good job on the selections and taste.
I have no hesitation in recommending this resort in South Goa and will definitely be back soon.

The chef Sam did an exceptional job on making sure the kids get home style food. Vikram took care of us during meals at their restaurant and made sure we all were happy and had the delicious food served on time with no complaints.
The resort overall, swimming pool was well kept and we enjoyed our 5 day trip thoroughly.
We will definitely come back. Thank you for making our stay so amazing specially with old parents and kids.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it truly offered a luxury experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely superb. The buffet spread was one of the best I’ve had, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from, all beautifully prepared and delicious. From international cuisine to local delicacies, there was something for every palate.
The highlight of my culinary experience, however, was the Sunday brunch. It was a lavish affair, with an impressive selection of dishes, from fresh seafood to decadent desserts. The atmosphere was lively, and it made for a perfect way to spend the afternoon. The quality and presentation were top-notch, and the service was impeccable.
Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, well-rounded experience with exceptional food and activities. The Sunday brunch alone is worth a visit!

Stayed here with family on a weekend. The room initially given to us , was still being cleaned by the staff. After the cleaning staff left ,(the floor was still wet) we realized how badly the room was cleaned, the floor was actually dirty with mud which stained our feet.
We asked for another room. The process took awhile and ate into our holiday time and vibe.
Once we got a fresh room though, everything was good. Rooms are spacious. Bathrooms are nice.
The breakfast food options were plenty & tasty. The staff were friendly, especially with our baby. Chef Vikrant offered to prepare food for our baby and made a tasty fruit oat meal. The dining staff especially Zodini were efficient.
The staff at the lobby welcomed our baby with a cute stuffed toy.
Overall resort wasn't too crowded so we had a nice time at the pool and around the hotel.

A small hotel nestled in a quiet location but nearby to the activity of north Goa. We stayed for just two nights to enjoy the north Goan vibe.
This is a more tranquil hotel, the settings and view are nice.
The pool has a lot of chlorine, the pool areas are mostly family based and have a party atmosphere during the daytime, there is also live music at breakfast which is a nice touch.
The rooms have some wear and tear, but are kept clean and staff are very responsive when asked, we had a shower temperature problem which was promptly fixed.
Breakfast is of a standard quality, but quite adequate at the price point. Staff are attentive, friendly, prompt and happy to help.
All in all a good hotel for north goa, without the hustle and bustle of the beach side.
