Hotel could do with upgrading the rooms as they are very basic and tired. Definitely not 4 star standard. The laminate floor was coming up in places, had chips it in too. The furniture has seen better days too. We had interconnecting rooms with sea view. The general areas outside the hotel rooms need an update also. Once you’re down in the restaurant areas, pool etc it’s quite nice. The all inclusive is good, lots of choice of food and changes daily so you’ll never struggle for something you like. We went out most evenings for dinner as we prefer a change of scenery. Evening entertainment was the usual karaoke, tribute acts etc but if you like that then you’ll be happy. Overall the staff are friendly, didn’t have any issues. The pool is quite busy and you’ll struggle for loungers if you’re not down early. We visited during Easter holidays this year.

The Hotel was great. Very clean and tidy, the bar staff were helpful and friendly. The best all-inclusive buffet food we have had on any canary island. Theme nights definitely make the difference ranging from Mexican, Mediterranean and Sushi night.
The entertainment staff are hardworking and try to include every age and every nationality in all the games etc..
I need to mention the Michael Jackson evening where the staff performed and we were stunned at how good they all are at dancing and performing. The girl who played Michael himself was amazing and her dancing and acrobatic skills are one of the best I've seen, very impressed.
Would definitely go back there again next year.

Best hotel in Tenerife, check in was quick and was offered a beverage on arrival which was really nice. The rooms are clean and has everything you need and if not you can just ask reception and they will provide it. The restaurant has different cuisines for dinner each night so there is always something for everyone. But the entertainment staff are amazing and will always be there to lift your spirits up day and night. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking to come to Tenerife, you will not be disappointed

The entertainment team are by far the stand out here. They work tirelessly everyday to ensure everyone has fun and laughter The Staff work fantastic with their guests and really know how to make them enjoy their stay one of the reasons we continue to return to this hotel again Keep up the Amazing work

Just returned from a week at this hotel and we had such a lovely time. Hotel is very clean, tidy and staff are professional and helpful. Room was nice and clean with a large bathroom. Entertainment staff were great fun. Restaurant was fantastic with such a good range of food. Absolutely no issues getting a table at any mealtime and no issues getting a sunbed at any time of the day. Hotel is in a fantastic location only 5 mins from the beach and plenty of shops around. Can definitely say this is the best all inclusive hotel we've stayed at and we've been to quite a few of the Spanish islands. Definitely worth every penny of what we paid.
