It's been a number of years since my last stay in this hotel. The location, right on the beach and in touching distance of shops and bars , makes this an ideal hotel to consider. The staff are excellent, the breakfast superb ( with the musical addition) but if anything the room was maybe in need of a refurbishment. However I am lead to believe that once The Mediterranean Palace reopens , after its very big upgrade, this hotel will be next. The pool area is excellent and the pool itself wonderful. My wife was very impressed with the aqua fit seasons . Can't wait to return.

Service is great, location ideal for us; beach front, bars restaurants and shops in the door step. Rooms are in need of a refresh which may come after work on the Mediterranean Palace is complete. Food typical but could be hotter. Would I come again yes, this isn't my 1st stay here.

We have walked by this hotel a couple of times previously and decided to stay here this time around and are definitely very happy we did! The staff are wonderfully attentive and professional, and offer you a complimentary drink upon arrival, along with guidance to your room where all amenities and services are explained. Definitely a great place to stay and will be our new go to when visiting Tenerife!

I stayed at the Cleopatra Palace from the 4th -10th April 2024.
This is an absolutely beautiful hotel with a 5 star location at the centre of the town also with direct access onto a reasonably sized sandy beach.
Staff are helpful and extremely friendly. The rooms are fairly standard with a TV with all national channels, free safe , Very large comfortable double bed, air conditioning, bathroom with shower over bath, fridge, iron on request, kettle cost 5 euros, 2x cups cost 3 euros and that's a standard service cost. My room was 8244 which is a sea/beach view. I stayed on a half board basis. Breakfast is very good with a very large selection. I personally thought lunch at the snack bar was a better option as I didn't enjoy the evening selection at the main restaurant. That's by no means a negative for the restaurant, personal choice.
This is an easy 5 stars👍

Greeted with champagne and a welcoming smile we got to our rooms fast and easily. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. We asked to split the big bed into 2 with sheets and they did it straight away no bother, our rooms cleaned everyday our belongings were safe.
Lots of room by the pool to sun bathe but I found it a bit cold because it wasn't a heated one. Very quiet too no music. Some people might prefer that.
Big selection of food and fruit for breakfast.
The pool drinks I found quite expensive so we went out for drinks.
