One of the best hotels I have ever been, I was pleasently surprised with the new renovations done. Very luxurious interiors, beautiful beach with 3 large swimming pool and playgrounds for adults and kids. With the best indoor kids club , and variety of restaurants. You can stay many nights enjoying their facilities without the need to go out. Thanks to all the staff from the front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and club lounge all off them were professional and friendly. Sure I will come again and recommend it to others.

The hotel is in a nice area. It’s one of the only hotels in Marina that have a beach and pool area. I really like that they have a big outdoor area. In the hotel area is available with many different cuisine restaurants and kids club. The personal is super helpful and the cleaners too. Obviously the bar is overpriced but comparing of my experience in other hotels it is quite cheaper. The pool is lovely and just the right temperature for me. The beach and pool are is secured with many live guards.

Our family have just stayed for a few days over Christmas and had the most wonderful time. Without exception, the staff were amazing! I have never experienced a hotel where literally every single member of staff is charming, engaging and polite. Special thanks to Kelvin who gave us exceptional breakfast service. Our children are older and loved it but if you have younger children I highly recommend this resort, especially on Xmas Day, the children’s entertainment was brilliant. The grounds are so spacious it is easy to get some adult space also.

Before we even arrived in Dubai, we were quickly and competently looked after by email. Inquiries were answered directly and transportation from the airport was also organized. We have stayed at this hotel several times and can recommend a stay with or without family. We will definitely be back! Every member of staff (really everyone and there are quite a few) is friendly and courteous. The atmosphere is harmonious. The hotel, the rooms and the grounds are very clean! The service is not only friendly, but everyone seems motivated. They try to remember your name, what you are drinking, ask questions and show interest. We had to see a doctor this year (regarding our daughter). You even have someone on site who takes care of this, organizes the transport and they also asked several times how our daughter was doing. The service is generous, you get a lot for your money and you are made aware of any additional costs you may incur. Our daughter (2 years old) was treated very warmly by the staff. The children's program is very varied and the daycare centre is clean, tidy and has everything your heart desires, from children's toys to PlayStation. The playgrounds are up to date and also interesting for the children. The gym is very clean and has a variety of new machines (Hammer Strength). Beach directly in front of the Hotel. Sun loungers, cool box and beach towel are provided (even beach bags, mattresses and co.). Service on the beach is top! We tried all the restaurants, we like not always having to leave the hotel complex and above all not always being exposed to trouble at the JBR Marina. Price-performance ratio of all restaurants top! Friendly service, excellent food. Even the restaurant in the hotel leaves nothing to be desired. My feedback is very detailed and seems exaggerated, but this hotel and every member of staff deserves top feedback. Because even when we were not completely satisfied with small things, they took care of it immediately and even thanked us for getting in touch directly. We were even offered a late check-out as our daughter is only 2 years old. You get this service and other upgrades here without having to pay anything. As I said, this hotel is very generous. They really want you to feel comfortable. I recommend everyone to contact the reception directly if they have any complaints. Thank you very much Mr. Raja Gohar for this great stay. Thank you so much for taking care of every little thing. You really have a talent to stay calm no matter how much trouble there is, you are solution-oriented and always seem to be in a good mood. Thanks to you, we felt even more comfortable than usual.

Fantastic five star hotel in Dubai. I work there for some couple of years with the staffs, management. They provide adequate training and services to their staff to meet their customers desires. They treat their guest irrespective of color, race and gender equality with highly first class demands. They are second to none in Dubai.
