This hotel certainly stands out, not merely for its luxurious features but for the outstanding service that complements every facet of the stay. From the moment of arrival, the staff were thoroughly attentive, ensuring a splendid experience. The attention to detail is apparent throughout, from the tastefully decorated rooms to the impeccably kept grounds. Dining here was also a pleasure; each meal was consistently good. The hotel also offers an array of activities and amenities to suit all tastes, whether you're in search of relaxation at the spa or keen to explore local attractions. It strikes a fine balance between comfort, sophistication, and attentive hospitality.

Stayed at this property from March 12 to March 16. Really wanted to leave a good review, as most of the staff were fantastic. The young lady who checked me in, the bell boy who escorted me and my luggage to my room, and the servers at the Thai restaurant, were all friendly and professional. However, the poor service I received consistently across the four days of my stay at the beach club was beyond horrendous, which left me with a sour taste in my mouth. When I went to the beach club on my first day, I was stopped by a gentleman with buzz cut and his colleague, asking if I was a guest at the hotel. Upon hearing my affirmative answer, they told me, verbatim, “you’re not allowed here. This area is for people who rent the beds for the day.” I was utterly confused, as the lady who checked me in made specific recommendations for the beach lagoon, and really sold it as the highlight of this resort. I learned later that they were referring to the far end of the lagoon, but they made no clarifications, and straight up walked away after the terse comment. On my second day, I asked one of the staff members if they could brush off the sand from my beach bed, as I had seen him offer it to my neighbor while I was in the pool. The staff member responded that this is not part of his job, and waved to one of the life guards to do it for me. On my third day, I had such a hard time getting the attention of the staff that I had to resort to asking the life guard if he could get their attention for me. All in all, the service at the reception, in the restaurants, and the life guards were fantastic. However, the staff members wearing white shirts at the beach lagoon made me feel the most unwelcome that I’ve felt in Dubai. I struggle to comprehend the reason. A greatly disappointing experience in an otherwise fantastic resort.

We recently stayed at the Park Hyatt Dubai and our experience was simply amazing. The hotel is beautiful and the service is excellent. Despite the historic floods in Dubai, the staff remained responsive and involved, which greatly contributed to making our stay enjoyable. Additionally, when our flight was canceled, the team was extremely helpful in providing us with all the facilities to extend our stay and make this stressful time much more bearable. A big thank you to Beatriz, Manuel, Ibrahim, Juan, and the entire team for their exceptional dedication! You guys were outstanding!

One of my favourite Dubai hotels; a sophistication above most other hotels in the city.
I'm giving it only three stars due to a disappointing experience by their front of house team (particularly a member of the team 'Isaac' who my wife and I were surprised was a part of Hyatt; rude and arrogant). Particularly surprising as everyone else representing the hotel were great.
If you can look past the above, this is a hotel is beautiful. Highly recommended as the authentic Dubai experience.

Great experience and a special 'thank-you' to Ohsyl at Front Desk who was an immense help at check-in and went out of her way to accommodate our requests and make the stay special. She's amazing! The rooms were great, the pools and restaurants were amazing, my kids loved it!
