Coming from a busy schedule last week, it was an amazing day for me to enjoy the weekend. Special thanks to the beautiful manager of Spa and Recreation Taisiia for organizing a yoga class for everyone. It was an amazing stretch for me coming from a week of hectic schedules of training, which I needed the most. The feeling was like an air bending experience which is truly professional and I highly recommended it.
