We recently spent two weeks at the Ritz Carlton Kuala Lumpur and had a wonderful experience. The room featured a king-size bed and a spacious bathroom, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. The daily housekeeping service was excellent, the staff checked in every day to ensure everything was well. Also, we like the way they served the glass water bottles but not plastic. They even surprised us with cakes on the table most days which was a delightful touch, especially our kid likes to eat cake. The breakfast was satisfactory, offering a mix of local and western dishes. My husband particularly enjoyed the fresh juice station. Overall, our stay was pleasant, thanks to the attentive service, Ritz Carlton has done a good job to keep every guest happy!

We spent our anniversary here and the treatment was beyond some of the Ritz Carlton experiences we’ve had in Europe! Not only were the staff attentive but they remembered our names throughout the days we were there, were incredibly helpful and made us feel very special! The breakfast spread was absolutely stunning even at the club, with honey from a honey comb!! They were able to cater to my gluten free dietary requirement remarkably! The restaurant in the hotel was also fantastic, and I really loved the direct link to Star Hill mall!! No need to walk outside! Massive thank you to Wilson and the team at the Club who had made this holiday and anniversary incredibly special!!

Staying at the Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur was like stepping into a world of luxury and comfort! From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. The room was massive and beautifully decorated, with every gadget and appliance you could think of. The bed was so soft, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. And the bathroom? Absolutely fabulous! The bathtub was perfect for a long, relaxing soak, and I loved that the shower and toilet were separate. Room service was top-notch. The staff was always friendly and ready to help with anything I needed. Plus, the hotel's location couldn't be better. It's right near some of the best luxury and outlet malls, so there's plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Overall, staying at the Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur was an amazing experience. If you're looking for a place that's luxurious, comfortable, and close to all the action, this is it!

Had a wonderful stay here in Kuala Lumpur! Service and staff were top notch. welcome drinks, arrival and departure sweets, personalized notes, the attention to detail was impressive. The breakfast at the cobalt room is also top notch with plenty of selection and fresh food. The room itself was spacious and very well decked out with everything needed for a great stay. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice upscale time in Kuala Lumpur.

The hotel is very luxurious and the rooms are massive. We couldn’t even get to using all of the bathrooms because there were so many. We attended the dinner buffet they were hosting at the time which was well priced and high quality. The breakfast was also top notch.
