We've stayed at this hotel for 9 days. The fantasy room and polite housekeeping were great. However, the area where breakfast is served had a smell that required us to change and shower every day after breakfast.
On the bright side, two staff members, Mr. Richard and Mr. Samson, were incredibly kind and displayed excellent manners. Their positive attitude really stood out. However, we felt that the courtesy shown by some other indian staff members could be improved.
We hope the hotel management pays closer attention to how all guests are treated.

Lovely stay. Great pool options amazing gym with steam room and sauna at the connected Hilton. Nice walking and running path along the canal as well as bike rentals available through the Dubai bike share. Arman was absolutely incredible - so professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. He is an amazing ambassador for this hotel.

V hotel is one of my favorites I’ve stayed in UAE so far. The room we get is beautiful and very spacious. The service is always great, all of the staff is very accommodating, making sure you always have what you need. The food is delicious, definitely best breakfast I’ve ever had. Salmon Eggs Benedict- highly recommend! Overall, an amazing hotel and staff! We cannot wait to stay there again this coming April!

We recently had a family vacation in Dubai and we chose the V Hotel as one of our hotels. The staff was exceptional. Andrea took us all under her wings and provided us with great memories. I celebrated my 60th birthday during our stay and Andrea and team surprised me with a gluten and dairy free cake. This was not expected, however, very, much appreciated. Our entire family enjoyed our stay and we all highly recommend the V Hotel. Thank you all again for everything you did to make our stay exceptional.

We visited this hotel many times and only last visit was horrible for me.
I understand that client never right in this hotel only managers are right))
Next day they approach us and apologies said sorry. Personally before you decide to make customer upset think twice and you do not need to say sorry . I felt that they do not have value for guests and for word sorry.
Would I recommend this hotel ? No but next to them another two hotels I would difenetly recommend.
