Disney’s Art of Animation Resort

This resort is amazing for a Disney budget resort! What an amazing location, the Skyliner runs from this resort to two of the parks Epcot and Hollywood Studios, what more can you ask for? Buses run for Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom which run often. Accessing Epcot and Hollywood Studios is a breeze. The rooms are beautiful and clean, lots of space and suited us just fine, a family of four. The dining hall had many selections for all tastes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, which was pretty good. 1 large pool and 2 smaller satellite pools to cool off in, well kept, clean and plenty of lifeguards on duty. Definitely will stay here again, just an amazing visit and the cast members are all kind and caring that I spoke too throughout the visit.

Great hotel for kids. Huge character theme throughout the grounds and hotel. Fun pool activities for the kids (main pool) plus two smaller quiet pools located towards the outside rooms. The Cafeteria offered many options for quick service meals. Disney fun for a lesser price tag than some of the other Disney resorts.

We visited the Disney’s Art of Animation Resort for Vacation on our trips to Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios. The hotel was very well decorated and filled with cool surprises. Our rooms were spacious and it featured a cool Murphy Bed and a Mickey Mouse Alexa. The arcade was amazing along with the gift shop. Finally the pool was extremely fun and giant. Only complaint was the expensive cost per day even with an employee discount from our family.

**BE WARNED: if you check in using the Disney app and you don’t go to the front desk, you might miss warnings of the power going out, alarm tests, etc. I tried to ask the front desk about what was going on after the power came back on, and they gave me a shocking amount of attitude for it.** Aside from the odd service, everything about this resort is absolutely fantastic and perfectly indicative of what a Disney resort should be. The rooms are whimsically themed but not too overwhelming, the features were all perfect, and the skyliner to take you to various parks was the best way to both begin and end the day. Also, it was shockingly quiet! I can’t speak to the food options or pool, but everyone we saw at the pool always seemed to be having a great time! The whole resort was very clean, and the decor just makes you want to walk around and spot all the small details. The fridge was also big enough to hold a large amount of snacks, and the microwave was a huge plus! This is definitely a great resort if you want to continue the magic of Disney into your hotel stay for the family ✨

This is our second time staying at Art of animation and will definitely be back for a third. We were scheduled to stay in the little mermaid room and they randomly upgraded us to the cars family suite, which was extremely nice! Workers are pleasant rooms and hallways are very clean prices for food are decent. Swimming pools are amazing, definitely worth every penny!
