I know I am nitpicking but this is after all a 5 star hotel and the standards are held differently from a 3-4 star ones. It started strangely. I asked for a king bed, they checked it in the system and confirmed a king bed, but when I went to the room it was a twin. I had to trudge all the way down for them to readjust and that took some time. Strange glitch. But at least once I got to the room, the room was spacious, expectedly neat and clean. The toiletries were fully stocked and they gave more than adequate towels and mats. Their staffs are efficient and getting items sent to the rooms takes less than ten minutes usually. Once you get someone on the phone that is. Depending on your luck, sometimes the phone can ring for more than 2 minutes. However I do think a little refurbishment is in order with regards to the bathroom and shower fittings. I think the metal taps, controls and shower are a little age stained and old. Unless of course, that's the look they are going for. But in general, I had a comfortable and relaxing stay here.

Great few days, pleasure stay. We extended our stay for Malaysia's independence day, and we enjoyed our stay. You can see the whole event from your room that's included Stage performance, whole crowd and fire works without leaving the room. Friendly and helpful door manager, from arrange transportation, recommended where to eat local food. Convenient location to go for eat, shopping with a walkable distance. Spotless clean.

I had the pleasure to stay at this wonderful hotel over New Years holiday. Everything about the hotel exceeded expectations. My room overlooking the park was large and comfortable. The infinity pool was a relaxing respite from the hot KL weather and the hotel gym was amazing. The fitness center has an incredible collection of equipment. What stood out was the incredible customer Service provided by the staff at the hotel. Despite this being a busy time of year, the staff was friendly and personable and went out of its way to make sure that I had an incredible time at the hotel. When you stay at the MO, you recognize the difference between ordinary and extraordinary customer service.

The swimming pool, the location and breakfast. The check in was extremely easy, Ilia was waiting for us at reception and we did the check in directly inside our big appartement room. But need to highlight the fact that the hotel prepared a birthday cake for my daughter brought it to the room sing happy birthday and took and print out a picture that was handover to us later in the day. Thanks again for this to Ilia and Chloe. Really appreciated and thanks for your smile and kindness. Fantastic 5stars service.

It was by far the most luxurious hotel experience that I have had for years. The view was great over the klcc gardens and the pool area was just gorgeous. Especially the cleaning crew did an amazing job noticing small details. For example my book did not have a bookmark so they added one. The restaurant was also great. In general, a truly 5- star experience.
