We absolutely loved staying here, it's our first time in KL. The check in and out were super quick and the staff were always very friendly. Room cleaning and 4 bottles of water daily. The pillows are very soft, we asked for firmer and got them right away but they are still quite soft. Room service is quick, very well priced and the food was great. There is a safe in the room also. The gym is great, better than most hotel gyms. Location is fantastic, you can walk to the twin towers also your right near the monorail. The buffet breakfast has a huge selection and there are other bars to eat and drink from.

One of the best experiences ever - this hotel is truly a hidden gem. Aiman from the health club and Brian from reception was the absolute best ever… wow. The location is perfect, very secluded from the hustle and bustle but centrally located at the same time. Service is world class. The hotel is a bit old, but otherwise I would recommend 1000%.

Attended a business event with family - and our room upgraded to a small suite on a high floor! So much fitted into a relatively small space - i feel the furniture takes up a lot of room. Separate thermostats for living vs. bedroom. Lots of lights to counter-balance the dark brown furniture, curtains and cream coloured walls and carpeting. Like the white marble toilet most. A lot of small differentiating touches here - the capped rather than screw down bath liquid bottles, the loofah, wall handlebar in the shower, the plush rug and bath stool. It's also a massive space. The service and security here is a shout-out. Always a buff looking security guard on the lower lobby floor at the entrance - tough looking, but mild mannered. A few good reviewed restaurants in this hotel. A large column-free ballroom which easily seats 1000 people!. Views from the rooms and hotel are amazing. Location is also very central to local attractions.

Very nice hotel. Slightly outdated compared to more recent venues, but very well maintained so this is not necessarily “bad” (depends what you like or are after). Service is outstanding and kindness of staff is a real plus. Several restaurants to choose from and an incredible breakfast buffet. If you have access to the executive lounge, that’s a great way to take a quiet break in your day.
