Amazing resort. Truly massive. Lots of things to do for adults and kids. Love the big pools and swim up bars. Very clean and friendly staff all around the resort. Beach was perfect. Didn’t have to worry about stepping on rocks or seaweed.
One thing to improve is the food. Disappointed with some of the restaurants we ate at across the resort. Recommend the steak and Mexican restaurant. Another thing to improve on is the entertainment. Did not think there was enough entertainment throughout the day.
Overall, I would recommend this resort.

I cannot express how good the food and service is at the hotel! Noe Lopez and Leticia Espinoza especially made our trip extra special. They were very personal and fun with our 7 year old and made it so we were all excited to go to the buffet! Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for amazing customer service!

What an exceptional hospitality at this place Daniel Morales and Teresa Chable at The Tropical breakfast service are the best !! There smiles and warm welcomes is the best way to start you day with. Daniel always strives to go above and beyond . During one of the lunch services I ordered a melon margarita and wasn’t surprised he had picked fresh melons from the buffet and given to the bartender to muddle it into my drink. The best margarita on my entire trip.

Have been having a great time at this resort! All the staff are so friendly and kind! Israel at the snack bar was so lovely to us through our whole stay. He served us on multiple occasions and taught us lots of Spanish!

We had so much fun staying here! Mario Martinez and Daniel Lopez were so kind and attentive during our meal service. The only issue we had was the air conditioner didn’t work as well as some of the others in our group.
