The team at this hotel is amazing. Great service with so much attentiveness and care!
We had wonderful time with William the bartender at Privilege as well as Ulises, Fidel, Alexis and Yuri! We definitely recommend this resort as it was always clean, rapid and good quality food.
Liliana was our butler and she was incredible! What a sweet person who helped in every way possible!
At the lobby, we had very good service from "Marshmallow" and Maria which made every visit a pleasure!
We also had amazing massages at the spa and highly recommend them.

What a wonderful stay we had at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home thanks to the incredible team. Hugo, our attentive butler, was always on hand and went the extra mile to ensure that every detail was perfect, making sure our needs were met.
The privilege restaurant was a delight thanks to the excellent service from Moisés, the friendly captain, and Fidel and Alex, the charming waiters who made us feel like family. I also want to give a special thanks to Alex, whose attentiveness and kindness made a noticeable difference in our experience.
We take away unforgettable memories from this place and look forward to returning soon to enjoy once again their exceptional hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay unforgettable!

I would like to leave a special review for Rolando, our waiter at route 66, since I arrived Thursday 25/4 and tried all the restaurants, I haven’t come across a waiter so kind, helpful, polite and friendly like Rolando. He made sure we were looked after, went out of his way to assist husband and our friends and really made our evening special!! I recommend everyone to try the nachos there, it was actually better than Margaritas but most of all, 5 stars for Rolando amongst all the waiters and hotel staff!! Thank you so much!

It was our first time in Mexico, and my daughter and I really enjoyed our time in Ocean Riviera Paradise. The room was spacious and clean, the food was excellent (especially the pastries, kudos to the chef!), the entertainment for adults and kids kept us busy every day. My 4 year-old daughter especially enjoyed spending time in the kids' club with Mirelle who went out of her way to make her happy. The beach is underwhelming (like some other comments mention), lots of seaweed, but the beach pool definitely makes up for it. We will definitely be coming back!

The food here was absolutely lovely! Our hostess Diana was so sweet and then the service by Rolando was amazing! He couldn’t have been more attentive, smiley and happy! And the manager Ivan was also lovely and wanted to make sure we had a good evening. Thank you so much Route 66!
