Emirates Palace - Afternoon Tea Event in Episodes. We attended the afternoon tea, and it was truly outstanding. The location – specifically, the Episodes lounge in the main building’s general reception area – is beautifully decorated with a cherry blossom theme, just as seen in the online photos. We felt genuinely welcomed and received exceptional service throughout. Our waiter, Mr. Dino – although the title waiter hardly does justice to his level of competence – was incredibly attentive and provided excellent guidance in selecting our teas. We already had a general idea of the flavour profile we were interested in, and Mr. Dino offered suggestions accordingly. His recommendations were spot on and absolutely delightful. We spent around two hours at the venue, enjoying everything at a relaxed pace. The food and savoury bites were beautifully presented and thoughtfully curated from a culinary perspective. The chef, Mr. John, served a variation of an English meat pie as a sort of main course – again, of excellent quality, just as one would hope. For me personally, the absolute highlight was the selection of desserts at the end. With every bite, the exceptional craftsmanship of the pastry chefs was unmistakable. Truly first-class – an experience I can wholeheartedly recommend.

My review specifically is for the lunch at the Lebanese Terrace - this was the highlight of my weekend. I am a real foodie and was honestly very impressed by the selection and taste of the food. The hummus with meat, mixed grill platter, and eggplant starter were the best. Nady was patient and explained all the food beautiful. He made wonderful recommendations. Dessert of candy and cream was excellent. Would 10/10 recommend a visit.

Long overdue review from our honeymoon back in November 2021. We weren’t staying at the hotel, but I had my heart set on coming here specifically for the tea party—and the place did not disappoint visually. The hotel is absolutely stunning, inside and out. The tea set was beautifully presented and everything tasted great—exactly what you’d expect from such an iconic, luxurious spot. The bathrooms even felt like a mini palace on their own. The service was definitely lacking. It took us almost 30 minutes just to place our order. Not sure if it was due to pandemic-related staffing issues, and I’d hope it’s improved since then. A beautiful and elegant experience in an incredible setting.

We didn’t stay at this place but visited it for the sheer grandeur. The palace feels like straight out of a fairyland story. The architecture and attention to minute details is awe-inspiring. Even the toilets were so neat and beautiful that we couldn’t stop clicking pictures. The palace has lots of furniture and chandeliers, which make it look more beautiful.

We were at Martabaan restaurant and we enjoyed the food so much. The quantity was a lot. I took vegetarian set menu and my husband took the non-vegetarian set menu. The food was perfect and one of the best Indian we have had. The service from Mansiha, Sabina and Pradeep were exceptional. Highly recommend if you are after good Indian food for a special occasion.
