Came here with wife and friends. It was an overall good experience, but there's some items that I wish would could be better.
We picked this place because it was an adult all inclusive resort. They shut down the couple of bars by 11pm and you can't even get beer delivered to the room. So after 11 if you want anything alcohol related you have to go out into the town or stock up beforehand. The rooms were awesome, no complaints there.
The beach there was a lot of seagrass and very rocky, we had to go to the edge to be able to get in the water. The pools were nice. The staff was friendly and there was no issues. It just seems some of their rules were a bit stringent, which kind of takes away from being on vacation experience.

I brought my boyfriend here for his birthday. Lots of weddings and honeymoons. This place feels like a dream. You cannot beat this location. I got the swim up room. We did the couples massage the romantic dinner. Chef's table. We also signed up for the ATV and the underwater cave diving. It was the best vacation ever. The service was amazing! The grounds were clean and beautiful. The only negative thing that I can say is that check-in was a little stressful. My original reservation was for a swim-up room. However I wanted a ocean view. I requested to be upgraded, I also paid for an extra night at the end and a swim up room. Boy that I tell you check in took a full hour trying to figure out how to get that ocean view room. In the end I just kept my swim up which was the best. Make sure you find out where your room is! This place also has an amazing pool in some of the rooms are directly near the pool which might be a little noisy. The swarm up room that we have is in a very quiet area. So it worked out perfectly. Room service was fast, however it was a little inconsistent some mornings breakfast was different but we were always ordering the same thing. That's not a bad thing but it's a little strange. Overall the food was really good. Fair warning to the romantic dinner on the beach. It's an added extra cost outside of the all-inclusive. There is not a bunch of menu options it's a set dinner. The best thing were the entrees. Salad was pretty amazing. This place was expensive I would definitely go back for an anniversary.

The resort was beautiful. The service was superior. Jose from the Spice made our dinning experience very special. Our butler, Adriano, was super kind and attentive. The two issues were that my boyfriend upgraded to the presidential suite and the elevators were down for our whole stay, this made for a lot of exercise.

We stayed in a two beds junior suite with garden view. The room comes with a big jacuzzi tub!
There are many different varieties of food options to choose from- Mexican, Mediterranean, seafood, Asian, Buffet, and even 24 hours Room Service if you’re hungry at night!
There’s also many events throughout the day.
Check them out in your first day of arrival so you can plan out your schedule, or simply just relax on the benches next to the pool or the beach.
The location is also impeccable. It’s right on the action of Playa Del Carmen with gift shops, pharmacies, clubs, massage spa, etc.
Would definitely come back in the future.
