Went here for a trip for 5 days. The resort is very calm and not very active in terms of socializing. The entertainment in the resort is not that good either. It is a lot bigger than it seems in pictures. It was more for family or couples. They have plenty of food options some of the items were hit or miss but good for the most part. I can pretty much say the same thing about the service in restaurants. Def do the Mexican night by the theater if you can. The drinks were good. The staff were very friendly. The only complaint about the room is there is limited privacy since the bathroom is more of an open concept. Also, on our last day they misplaced our luggage as we were leaving and our transportation ended up cancelling on us without refund because they couldn’t wait for the staff to find it. We ended up having to order a new one ourselves and the bellboy manager had to pay out of his pocket for the reimbursement. This felt very weird because it felt as if we were just taking money from him and wish the resort took more responsibility and had better measures for things like this. We were a bit on a time crunch since we had a flight to catch, otherwise we would’ve preferred handling this other ways. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this resort. We stayed for 4 nights to celebrate our 3 year wedding anniversary. Upon arrival we were greeted with refreshing drinks and warm hand towels which made the start to our vacation 10 out of 10. The check-in area/lounge was great because even though we had to wait until our names were called to check-in with the host they had an area with appetizers, desserts, champagne, sodas, water, coffee in the event you were hungry or thirsty from your travels. The actual check-in process took only about 5-10min just to review everything we reserved with our travel agent. We were upgraded from a garden view to pool view with partial ocean viewing and it was the best to have. Our butler Aaron was very cordial and inviting to showing us the tour of the resort. I highly suggest adding the Elegance Club 18+ portion of the room reservations so you have access to a butler and all of the amenities throughout the resort; you will not be disappointed. The food was outstanding. Not your typical food at the resort. Everything was fresh, majority of the stations were made to order; freshly squeezed juices and pastries was delicious. I can go on and on about this place, we plan to go back and stay 6-7 days because we did not want to leave. Book your reservations now. You will feel like a superstar.

I truly cannot say enough good things about our stay at majestic. They have thought of every single detail from the moment you arrive to make sure you have an amazing vacation. Our butler Jose was absolutely wonderful and attentive whenever we needed anything. The rooms were stunning, the view was absolutely insane, the staff was so friendly and genuine. The restaurants were beautiful and the food was good, tons of options & very allergy friendly. I am having some serious post vacation blues and I already can’t wait until we get to go back!!!

I had my wedding here this April, and I highly recommend! It was an amazing experience! The resort itself its beautiful, with pools, beaches, volleyball/sand soccer, and bars. The rooms were super nice, clean, and staff was amazing. Food was also really good with lots of options. I liked how the resort never felt overcrowded - no wait for dinner, spots at the pool/beach. My wedding was the absolute best time! We even had a couple guests say they want to do a destination wedding after the experience. We had a buffet style dinner and used the resort DJ for the reception - and it was great!

My husband and I recently spent our honeymoon at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres, and we had the most amazing time! From the moment we arrived to the day we left, we received the absolute best service! This resort has truly thought of everything, from the littlest details to the larger ones, they have done everything they possibly could to ensure you have the best vacation. The variety and selection of food options was impressive, and the quality and taste of the food was great! - better than any other resort I have stayed at. The beach was well maintained, and the water was gorgeous! They had fun entertainment every night and plenty of fun activities throughout the day as well. We enjoyed a day at the spa, and it was incredible! One of the most unique spas I have been to, and it had so much to offer! For our room, we stayed in the private balcony pool suite and loved every second of it. It was such a rare and fun experience, and we will definitely come back and choose the same room again. We cannot recommend this resort higher! You will not be disappointed!
