We have just had a wonderful stay at SAii Phi Phi Island Village Resort and highly recommend it for a relaxing and memorable holiday.
We stayed in a two bedroom room which was stunning and so comfortable and our two daughters enjoyed having their own separate room joined to ours in the middle.
The pools are lovely, though the fun pool has quite a few broken tiles on the bottom which my daughter cut her feet on a few times so just be careful.
The gardens and layout are beautiful, we hardly saw anyone from the other rooms, it felt very secluded and private.
Breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, so much choice and everything we tried was delicious. We tended to eat in the village behind the hotel in the evening and enjoy a delicious cocktail or two at Camel Rock in the village.
The young man working at the discovery centre was very knowledgeable and, after letting the kids feed the clown fish, explained all about the breeding programme and identified the various fish we'd seen whilst snorkeling off the beach.
Definitely worth getting out to the reef within the bay, we saw giant cuttlefish, grouper, puffer fish and loads of parrot fish there.
After five days in Phi Phi paradise, nobody wanted to leave and hope that one day we might be able to return again.

Loved my stay at Saii Phi Phi! I stayed here for my birthday with my partner, we had the most special couple days. The location was perfect and right by the beach. The service from the staff was exceptional, they was always willing to help and very professional. We booked dinner on the beach and it was amazing, the food, service and vibe was 10/10. The buggy service was great, always there when needed. The work at the conservation centre is also fantastic. Also, we liked how there is a little village to explore at the back of the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

What fun we had! We are a couple, celebrating our honeymoon, we arrived at the resort as part of a long trip and took a villa with a pool in front of a breathtaking view for 3 nights. The room is crazy, it is in the middle of the jungle, the pool is very large and in front of the sea, islands, spectacular cliffs - there are no words to describe the beauty. Since the room is really in the middle of the jungle, some animals like lizards easily enter the house, but once you accept that - you live in paradise.
The breakfast with a rich and good buffet, the coffee is excellent, the service of the staff is excellent especially Nora who helped us with everything we needed and made us feel like special guests. We highly recommend for a dream vacation!

I recently stayed at this hotel with my partner, and I wanted to share our experience to help future guests make an informed decision.
We had initially booked a room for three guests, but due to unforeseen circumstances, only two of us were able to attend. We reached out ahead of time to request an upgrade to a room suitable for two, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response. The only communication we got was about the transfer, which ended up being deducted from our room upgrade request. As a result, we paid for a room designed for three, even though we only needed accommodations for two. This lack of communication was quite frustrating.
During check-in, we attempted to clarify our situation, but the staff member who assisted us struggled with English, which was surprising for a five-star hotel. Overall, we found the English proficiency among the staff lacking, making it difficult to express our concerns.
We recommend updating the in-room televisions to smart TVs. We had a few rainy days and a day where one of us felt unwell so we would have appreciated having access to streaming platforms. The staff did help us with medications and special foods though which was nice.
The hotel charges you for bottled water but give filtered water for free. This made us feel a bit uneasy as for foreigners, it’s always recommended to drink bottled water.
We also faced challenges with transportation. They said the only way to reach the other side of the island is by boat, which can be pricey. While we were told motorcycle taxis were available, we believe the hotel should offer a more comprehensive transportation service for guests. You can pretty much walk if you’re into it but it’s very warm and can be tough.
The hotel beach is nice for snorkelling to the left side but not great for swimming.
Also, do not book any tours or packages with the hotel, you should go to any of the shops in the village, they offer the same (or better) trips for half the price. We recommend Mr. Mote. They were so nice and dedicated to the tour so we couldn’t asked for more.
Lastly, we found the prices for food and beverages within the hotel to be quite high, which left us feeling a bit taken advantage of. Again, in the village you’ll find quality food and drinks for less than half the price of the hotel.
Given our experience, we are unlikely to return to this hotel during our next visit to Phi Phi, and we wouldn't feel comfortable recommending it to friends or family.
I hope this feedback helps the hotel improve for future guests.

I loved it here so much! The beach was beautiful, so many fun activities and things to do here, amazingly attentive staff, golf cart ready 24/7 to take you to your room, and AMAZING BREAKFAST. The Thai food here was so, so good. Rooms were also nice. Bathroom is big as well. Very quiet and private beach. If you want to go to Phi Phi but want to experience the more peaceful and natural side of things, this hotel is the way to go. Perfect for couples, friends, or families! Also super easy to call a golf cart to pick you up from anywhere in the hotel!
