We had the worst all inclusive package experience with this hotel. Customer service is also very bad especially the front office and bar attendants which are rude and grumpy. Toilet has a leakage too so its all wet continously.
Front office staff are very grumpy since the day of our check-in. Unhelpful and very snob. Extra bed which we paid came at 4pm although we were there since 1pm. I have to follow up 4x before the act.
All inclusive is a total waste. Food in the bar is chargeable and apparently drinks the following day is no longer included in the so called ALL INCLUSIVE that we paid. I completely understand if they have served us premium drinks - but those are the cheapest in the market.
Bartenders are rude and judgmental, they asked us every now and then but other nationality they don't bother. They are also unhygienic. Serving drinks with bare hands and no gloves. Scooping the ice from the box using the cups directly while holding other items in their hands which is disgusting.
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! Will be the FIRST AND LAST WITH THIS HOTEL!

The reason for a weekend get away was indeed successful to BM resorts.. the staff’s friendly service and the people working there are so approachable and supportive.
FD Adnan was super nice and thoughtful. Since we had a baby he upgraded us to the room close to the reception and pool area. We truly enjoyed our time and our 10 month old baby had so much fun too.

In the first experience of anything, the first impression is the most important.
The reception staff were polite, welcoming, smiling, and this is very important. The receptionist Hazem was wonderfully hospitable, since we arrived early, he upgraded our reservation directly so that we would not have to wait until check-in time.
The location is great, close to the sea, well serviced, they have good options for rooms and accommodations.
The room cleanliness is poor and the service is slow.
We asked for the sheets to be replaced immediately, the room to be cleaned, and the towels to be replaced.
Only the sheets were replaced and the towels remained the same.
We asked for water to the room, they provided water the first day but the next day they did not respond to our request.

I stayed at the hotel because of the attractive price. As for the location, it is far from the city center, so the hotel resort does not compensate for this distance.
The hotel itself is modeled on large hotel complexes with rather low-rise buildings. On the plus side I can count cleanliness, organization in public areas as well as rooms. The food served did not taste good to me, while one could not complain about the small choice.
Very nice, wide and sandy beach where you can relax.
On the big minus deserves concrete between the buildings, where it is impossible to stand even for a moment, because the temperature hits your head from this concrete.
The hotel is average, while if you appreciate the low price you will be satisfied.

We recently stayed at BM Beach Resort for a weekend getaway, and I must commend the exceptional dedication and hospitality of the staff. Every team member, from the restaurant and bar staff to the F&B team and buggy drivers, was incredibly courteous and polite, ensuring that we felt well cared for throughout our stay. The hotel's activities were engaging, and the service provided by the staff was outstanding.
However, there were management issues that impacted our experience. Our check-in was delayed by over 45 minutes, and the room we were given, despite booking a premium chalet, was unclean and unprepared. Bathroom fittings leaking. Water would seep out everywhere after a shower. After repeated complains, our room was changed next day.
Additionally, a cake that was promised for a special occasion never arrived, despite receiving a call informing us that the cake was ready. When I followed up after an hour, I was told the cake was actually meant for the next day, which was both confusing and frustrating. I shared my disappointment with the manager, clarifying that it wasn’t about receiving a free cake, but about respecting our time, yet even that concern seemed to have been convineantly ignored and there was no follow up or resolution. We did not bother wasting time any further following up on this request, . quite dissapoiting and insulting.
Despite these concerns, I have nothing but high praise for all the staff members. If I had a business and if I could, I would hire them all without hesitation, as their professionalism and dedication were unparalleled.
