The hotel offers an international cuisine menu, which is a nice touch for variety. However, the quality of the food doesn’t quite live up to expectations. Some dishes lacked freshness, and flavors were inconsistent. While the presentation was decent, the overall taste and quality left room for improvement. It’s a fair option if you’re not too picky, but it could definitely be better.

A great place for a vacation or a getaway. The rooms are nice with a considerable walking distance from other facilities like the restaurant and the pool. They have an entertainment show every night, and a lot of games to play next to the beach (volleyball, ping pong, huge chess...).
The food isn't that good and shall be improved. The staff are very nice and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms can be improved as well since the cleaners just wipe the floor, they don't really clean the room or even change the bedsheets.

I loved the view at this hotel. Stayed here on October 23rd. They have a beach and a pool tho I didn’t get a chance to swim since I was only there for a quick work trip. The room was clean, breakfast was tasty and the staff were super attentive. Overall, a really nice stay! 😌

A COMPLETE DISASTER!
I arrived to the resort with my husband for a day pass. The guy who had to explain the packages barely spoke English, it was a complete struggle to understand him.
We took one of the “all inclusive” packages but nobody managed to explain anything to us: no information about the amenities, pool location, the beach, or the restaurant. By the time we got to the beach, nobody came to assist us. My husband walked around the place for several minutes looking for towels just to find out “ sorry there is no more”. Towels! On a beach resort!!
No waiters, no table service, no personnel to assist with the sun beds or umbrellas. NOBODY SPOKE ENGLISH, and still they were pretty rude.
In the end, after less than one hour in the place, I talked to the duty manager and I claimed for a reimbursement. I left to spend the day somewhere else. After many hours, I still did not get my money back.
A complete scam and fraud. They stole my money. Not recommendable at all.

We had the worst all inclusive package experience with this hotel. Customer service is also very bad especially the front office and bar attendants which are rude and grumpy. Toilet has a leakage too so its all wet continously.
Front office staff are very grumpy since the day of our check-in. Unhelpful and very snob. Extra bed which we paid came at 4pm although we were there since 1pm. I have to follow up 4x before the act.
All inclusive is a total waste. Food in the bar is chargeable and apparently drinks the following day is no longer included in the so called ALL INCLUSIVE that we paid. I completely understand if they have served us premium drinks - but those are the cheapest in the market.
Bartenders are rude and judgmental, they asked us every now and then but other nationality they don't bother. They are also unhygienic. Serving drinks with bare hands and no gloves. Scooping the ice from the box using the cups directly while holding other items in their hands which is disgusting.
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! Will be the FIRST AND LAST WITH THIS HOTEL!
