We had a wonderful stay. The family room was very spacious and comfortable, giving us plenty of room to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and amazing throughout our stay, and they accommodated our requests every single time without hesitation. A special mention to Jemi and Habiba, who went above and beyond to make everything easier for us. The property itself is very clean and well maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere from the moment you arrive. There are also great dining options available nearby, including Claw and Karma Café, which added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of our stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality.

Great hotel, and no doubt it will be even better in the next coming years when the surrounding hotels shops and restaurants have been built. Plenty of food choice in the flavour cafe with the friendliest and kindest of staff who all went above and beyond. Special mention to Aye Aye who checked us in for food on a daily, Kamal who worked as a waiter and Toe and Rahul who worked in the H20 bar. There are so many more staff members to mention as every single one of them made it a great experience. And lastly the young gentleman who ran the aqua gym, what a great people person very friendly and a great guy. Rooms were very spacious and immaculate, water was refilled daily. Rooms had a fridge, iron, and toiletries. Sea view rooms were great as you could see sunrise from your balcony.

Ok so this was an exceptional experience. My wife let the hotel know it was my birthday, they delivered cake and made up the bed with a big happy birthday sign. Thank you for your kindness. Rooms are great fresh and new. Staff hard working and polite. It's a busy hotel and we had a great time. Thank you.

One of the Best Staycation we had in months. Despite of being the busiest period of the year, check In process was smooth and fast, kudos to Carlos!!!! A big Thanks to Habiba and her team (Nishu, Anju) (Flavors Restraunt) for taking care of our special request for Vegeterian Breakfast. Housekeeping was upto the mark and supporting staff did their Job perfectly. Beach and Pool was clean. Big kudos to Team Hydro (Magdy and Omar) for water adventure sports. Would Love to visit again and highly recommend to others.

Chef kamal personally contacted us and provided vada exclusive for us. My 20 years travel experience this is first time chef approached us and provided exclusive dish for breakfast. South Indian vada , idly and sambar is very good. We noticed vada refill happened very frequently since everyone was very much like that Breakfast staff habiba offered very special cake during breakfast. Room service team was excellent and offered special cake for national day at room Front desk team was very helpful to extend our checkout until 2 pm Overall stay is very good My room no 319 and stayed 1 to 3rd Dec 2025
