Room is very cozy and super clean! Everything you need were in the room! We got the room with sea view and such amazing views! Food were great! Mr.Kent, Dina and Jana help us a lot during stay! They make sure that we enjoyed our stay!
Oh I almost forgot there was a Birthday cake for Birthday celebrant!

Everything went great. As they say, Sun, Air and Water are our best Friends! Ideal for a family holiday. Our two children aged 9 and 25 are happy. The food is delicious and varied. The service is good and unobtrusive. The staff is competent and friendly. Thanks to everyone and our hotel manager Sam. If it works out, we will come back!

Place is beautiful. Hotel room felt a bit compact. We took all inclusive package. So drinks,lunch & dinner were all amazing. Beaches are clean but pools weren't clean. Al together it was a nice 1 night stay.

The location of Hampton by Hilton is great but we can hardly see the view. the service was truly disappointing. We came here to celebrate my birthday, but the experience has left me feeling upset. The room we were given has a view of the roof of their lobby—not at all what we expected.
We had booked connecting rooms as we were 4 adults traveling with four kids. However, the hotel refused to accommodate us properly, locking one of the connecting rooms due to ONE missing ID for my sister. While I understand policies, the situation was handled poorly. Even after we provided the missing ID, the staff still didn’t prepare the room for us. It’s now midnight, and the bed in that room is still not made.
This kind of service is unacceptable, especially for a special occasion. I’ve also attached photos of the disappointing view from our room to highlight the experience. All i can see is their roof of the lobby. I cant even take any good photos for my insta on my birthday 🥲

The hotel is very good. We like the quality of service since check in. Especially we love the service in the restaurant. On the second day of stay we met waiter Igor who asked us about any issues. Since than Igor used to help us solving some little restraint issues like bringing forks, fruits, advising for allergy products for our kid. Igor is a good professional, we enjoy the food with his help.
