I had a fantastic experience at this resort.
The food was amazing – the buffet was huge, and there were so many vegetarian options, which was a big plus for me. Everything was fresh, so many fruits and salads, all tasted great too.
There are three pools, and two of them are heated, so I could swim comfortably even when it got a bit cooler.
Rooms are okay. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. The shower is great.
The staff were super friendly and enthusiastic, they kept things fun with activities throughout the day.
Even though it was winter, the weather was perfect, between 20–26°C every day with clear skies. It felt like summer, and the beach is just on the back of the hotel, literally 1 minute away.
I had such a great time here, it exceeded my expectations specially considering the price paid, and I already recommend it to all of my friends!

Good hotel for family breaks, providing various activities from games room to live shows. Food was decent, but not a lot of meat options. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The biggest issue was that there was only 1 outdoor heated pool, and that was 7 feet deep! My kids were looking forward to swimming the most but unfortunately they couldn’t as it was too tiring to constantly tread water. Even for me at 5’11”, I had to tiptoe to be above water! They did have another pool which was more shallow but unfortunately it was not heated and in Nov there was no way we could use it. The indoor pool was decent but only open 12-2pm daily.
Our room had a weird layout as the ‘main room’ had 2 single beds and the ‘kids room’ was a double sofa, so me and my wife had to be in the kids room which was not ideal. I would recommend getting a junior suite as that was much bigger with proper beds and 2 bathrooms, and it cost £200 more but worth it in my opinion.
Overall it a good place to stay, mainly for the staff and the setting. They should really consider heating the 2nd pool.

I stayed with my family at Iberostar Wavefront for a week during the Christmas holidays and had an overall enjoyable experience. The hotel and rooms are beautiful, offering a comfortable and festive stay. The beaches are truly outstanding—clean, serene, and perfect for a relaxing holiday.
One of the highlights of the resort is the entertainment programs, which are some of the best I’ve ever seen. They are engaging, high-quality, and cater to all age groups, making them a must-watch during your stay. The staff is another standout feature—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience.
The resort primarily attracts families, with most tourists coming from the UK, followed by France and Germany. It’s a lively and welcoming environment suitable for all age ranges. Heated outdoor swimming pools are available, which was a fantastic feature for the cooler December weather.
However, there are some areas for improvement. There are only two bars on the property, which is a disadvantage given the size of the resort. Additionally, the drinks, including coffee, are disappointing. The cocktails are inconsistent in quality and heavily depend on the bartender. Regarding food, while there’s always plenty of variety, the flavors are generally bland. Thankfully, the wide range of sauces provided helps enhance the meals.
Despite these drawbacks, Iberostar Wavefront delivers an enjoyable holiday experience with excellent service, great facilities, and top-notch entertainment. I’d recommend it, especially for families looking for a Christmas getaway with fun activities and beautiful beaches.

Rooms were of good size. Hotel's proximity to the beach is a plus, but noise within the hotel, particularly with the ac not working (and the need to open rooms windows/doors at night) was horrible. The services, from room cleaning to the food, was generally sub-optimal.

Had such a wonderful holiday with the girls at this hotel. Every employee was so polite and accommodating. The hotel is so clean and pretty, great facilities and the beach near by was lovely for morning walks. Would happily come back and would recommend to families or groups of friends. It’s in a great location and has lots of lovely bars and restaurants near by. You feel really safe and welcome in the hotel, we were all at ease and could really relax. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
