From the first step you feel like a king in the castle, luxurious materials a wonderful smell everywhere in the space and incredible cleanliness.
The rooms are beautifully furnished and spacious, everything worked properly. Thank you very much for a wonderful anniversary and also for the upgrade to a room with a view of the sea and the pool. We had dinner half board and chose the 3 course menu at the Japanese restaurant, it was amazing, as was the luxury breakfast.
We definitely come back in the future!!

What a beauty this hotel is! Not just the aesthetics but the people that work here, from the Arab guy that checked us into our room in the evening (unfortunately I don’t recall his name), the breakfast service people to the rest of the staff! Everyone greets you as soon as they see you! Our room was nothing less than royalty with a mesmerizing view! I kept receiving emails regarding their service which meant they cared so much! The room service people always left extra water! This hotel is situated on its own island and I somehow liked it even more than the Atlantis hotel of Dubai! The Arab guy who checked us in gave us a top tier room with views of the sea which was a true upgrade! Thanks to him our stay was so good we didn’t want to leave! Do opt for their breakfast when you decide to stay here I promise you that you won’t regret it! Everywhere you look in this hotel or even step outside to the pool side/recreational area and the beach there’s something that’ll make you get your camera out and that’s how beautiful this property is! Great choice for honeymooners or even families!

I recently visited a fantastic kids play area with my son, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. The facility was well-designed, safe, and filled with a variety of engaging activities that kept my son entertained for hours. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional hospitality we received from Sarah. She was amazing with the kids, displaying a level of care and attentiveness that made our visit truly memorable.
Sarah's warm and friendly demeanor immediately put my son at ease. She took the time to interact with each child, ensuring they felt included and happy. Her ability to manage and entertain the kids, while maintaining a safe and fun environment, was impressive. Sarah went above and beyond to make sure every child was having a great time, which did not go unnoticed by the parents.
The overall atmosphere of the play area was welcoming, and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into creating a space that was both fun and safe for children. Thanks to Sarah’s exceptional service and the wonderful facilities, we will definitely be coming back. My son can’t wait for our next visit, and neither can I!

We had a great dining experience at Public House, thanks to our waiter, Maria Perez. From the start, Maria was professional and friendly, making us feel welcome.
Maria knew the menu well and gave us helpful recommendations that suited our tastes. Her clear descriptions made it easy to choose our dishes.
Throughout the meal, Maria was attentive without being intrusive. She ensured our drinks were refilled and timed the courses perfectly.
Maria's pleasant demeanor and genuine care for our experience stood out. She made our visit special with her thoughtful service.
Overall, Maria Perez provided excellent service, enhancing our visit to Public House. We look forward to returning and hope to have her as our waiter again.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. Room was super comfortable and cozy. Breakfast was fabulous and all facilities were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay except for our check in experience and lack of information provided on hotel facilities during check in time, which we later had to explore ourselves.
