What an amazing stay! And still have a couple of days to go! The staff are extremely attentive and go above and beyond. The hotel itself is so clean and house keeping keep it to that standard everyday. The food is fabulous and the staff are brilliant, particularly the manager Aldnen, who made sure all our needs were met with our toddler and ensured we had warm milk and everything we needed.
Our toddler was also sick at one point and I needed to clean up the pram and asked the receptionist for cleaning products but they insisted on house keeping cleaning it themselves.
The pool is amazing and the clear sea at the beach fabulous and it was so warm. It’s private for the hotel.
The concierge was great too and helped with our taxis.
This hotel has definitely made our trip extra enjoyable! And would recommend it to all of my friends and family :)

We went to Society on a Friday night to celebrate my birthday. We booked the VIP lounge, as we often do, but Hasan made our night unforgettable with top-notch service! He was attentive, friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed without missing a beat. His energy and professionalism truly elevated our experience. Highly recommend! 5-star service, absolutely awesome!

The staff is fantastic. Everyone is very professional and very friendly. We had a wonderful stay here, and I want to especially thank Lila from housekeeping. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we were good with everything. Although our check-in process was not perfect, we got assigned to a handicap room with cigarette smell. The front desk tried their best to assign a high floor room with a sea view. What a view and difference! We’re really happy with our stay at Hilton Doha.

I am here for 3 weeks for work. The staff is fantastic. Very professional and very friendly.
First up Jenny at the front desk reception. She is phenomenal. A person on our team became ill. We needed some pharmacy items and a doctor. She ordered the items on her app so the items were delivered to the front desk. We were able to call the doctor that they have available here to the property. But her empathy and assistance was invaluable.
Next I have to thank Ernie in the spa. I’ve now had 3 treatments with her. Her friendly and welcoming attitude was so nice. I was relaxed and enjoyed every treatment. I need to make time for one more before I leave.

I did not stay at this hotel, but I visited the day spa. The only complaint I have is the world pool was not warm. However, they may have made it cool since it was very hot outside. The service by Panjale was excellent. I got the sea salt body scrub and foot massage. She said, "I am going to put you to sleep", and that is what she did. I woke up with a smooth body and my feet felt great.
