A very memorable Stay at Bel Jou. My recent stay at the Bel Jou Hotel was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Shoutout to Mickey and Quincy specifically. They are both great! The food was delicious, with a variety of options to suit everyone. I was particularly impressed by the food since its a smaller resort and from my past experiences food at all inclusive can be a hit or miss but they did a great job. I absolutely loved it there was always a local dish option because I like to eat local foods wherever I go. One of the highlights of my trip was celebrating my birthday during the hotel's Creole Festival BBQ. The festivities were amazing, with many talented musicians and dancers. The food was amazing and friendly locals. It was a truly authentic cultural experience. The hotel's free shuttle service to the beautiful beach was a convenient and great way to spend the day. The pristine waters and stunning scenery were simply breathtaking. Definitely one of my top favorite beaches. I highly recommend the Bel Jou Hotel to anyone seeking an affordable relaxing, laid-back vacation in St. Lucia.

Absolutely loved the hotel. The Lounge a place to relax for those quiet moments outside of your room. The coffee shop to pick up good quality coffee and a book or just to chill out. 2 pools never seemed over crowded... Loved the Aqua Aerobics good fun. Variety of food and drinks, great All Inclusive Package. To be greeted every day by whichever member of staff you met from the Managers to everyone that works at the hotel made my trip Superb.

Definitely 💯 thumbs up from the second we were greeted I knew we made the right decision. The hotel is small but well kept well managed and the service and staff were amazing!! Excellent hospitality and everyone went above and beyond to create a wonderful experience. Big shoutout to the team Ms Princess, Ms Nicole, Mikey, Brendan and some names I might’ve missed. But please visit the Bel Jou you will love ❤️ the place. Great change from the much larger more “Americanized” resorts. I would definitely stay again!!!

Wandering Us

Wow we cannot say enough about our stay, everyone was kind, accommodating, the food was amazing, the drinks were top tier, the views were 360, the price was right and it was an overall amazing stay. From Kidada and Nicole at the front desk to Mikey greeting you with drinks. Princess, Brendon and Vionce provided top tier service always with a smile. We enjoyed our ride with Woody to the street party (you cannot miss if there on a Friday night) and our ride to the airport from Krissy was so fun she knows so much about the island! We also enjoyed our peaceful after noon at Veggie beach (hotel provides free shuttle) We hope to be back sooner than later. St. Lucia & Bel Jou stole our hearts!

We stayed 3 nights in a club level room and 3 nights in a butler suite. The grounds and views are absolutely beautiful. Our suite was located on the bluff and offered stunning views no matter the time of day. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We visited the other two resorts so that was plus. I recommend visiting the Spa- I loved the spa treatment. Our Butler team (Desi, Andrew and Marvin) were simply amazing. I consider them family and will definitely request them for our future visits. The food was good so you can't go wrong with any of the restaurants.

Amazing property. Very well maintained. Right on a beautiful cove with calm waves. Staff is great. Very attentive and welcoming. Charles is a great pool side host with a flair for enhancing your experience. Plenty of restaurants with great variety. I visited the other St Lucia Sandals, and truly love LA Toc.

My wife and I recently spent our honeymoon at Sandals Regency La Toc. While the resort shows its age in some areas, the exceptional food, drinks, and service more than made up for it! We thoroughly enjoyed dining at nearly every restaurant, with the exception of Armando’s, which was a hard sell for us as Italians. However, La Toc and Kimono’s were fantastic. We had lunch at Neptune’s almost daily and treated ourselves to poolside pizza a few afternoons. Our favorite spot was Soy, which we visited every day it was open. The main sushi chef was outstanding, delighting us with a variety of surprise dishes on each visit. The service throughout the resort was phenomenal. From the warm welcome at check-in, including a personal room escort and a tour of the grounds, we were impressed from the start. The only downside was the occasional pushiness of poolside photographers, spa staff, and excursion reps. The highlight of our trip was meeting Charles, a remarkable employee. On our first day by the pool, he brought us smoothies unprompted, sparking a friendly conversation that set the tone for the rest of our stay. Charles consistently checked in, bringing drinks, offering to place food orders, and always engaging with a warm and cheerful attitude. Even in the evenings, he would stop by to see how our day had gone and ensure we had everything we needed. Though we didn’t book a butler room, we would gladly upgrade next time if Charles were our butler. He went above and beyond, making our experience unforgettable. On our last day, he even ensured we had a pizza and fresh cookies for the road, complete with a thoughtful note. Thank you, Charles, for your incredible hospitality. Until we meet again, my friend!

We're celebrating our 10 year anniversary at Sandals La Toc. Overall, it has been a good experience, the atmosphere and food are good, with a variety of activities all right here. We also did a fun excursion that explored the whole island. However the standout has been Charles, he has been so friendly and a joy to talk with. He is always coming around checking in on us to make sure we have the best stay, and has the biggest smile on his face. He really took the experience over the top from good to great! It is a beautiful island and with beautiful people.

We just returned from nine days ant La Toc St. Lucia and absolutely loved it! Our room was beautiful. The views were gorgeous and all of the food was amazing! We could not say enough about our butlers, but especially Titus and Dalina! They went above and beyond, and we’re absolutely the best!

This was our first all-inclusive vacation and first time at a Sandal’s resort. The facilities were extremely clean and well taken care of. The staff were all friendly. Ronnel went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and retrieve our bag that I accidentally left at the Grand. He was great! The food was also great! We stayed 4 days and couldn’t get enough. We went on the ‘Captain for the day’ excursion and it was incredible! It was beyond worth the money and a great way to ensure you do everything. The only complaint we had was the constant selling of upgrades or additions. We couldn’t walk very far without Sandal’s staff or a vendor trying to sell us more stuff. We got several calls to the room to sell candlelit dinners and photos. We just wanted to enjoy the serenity but understood the economy relied on tourism. It was just a little badgering. Overall great experience and couldn’t imagine a better honeymoon location!

Small resort. You can never make a reservation for dinner as they are always booked and there are so few restaurants on site. DO NOT use their photo services. They will try to sell you packages and promise to ship items to you abroad. You will not receive the items and they will not issue you a refund. Not worth it!

Stayed from 7/13 - 7/20. We loved the beautiful resort. The staff work very hard at keeping the grounds and room pristine. Restaurants were always very good. Wait staff professional and friendly. Carnival was awesome to see. The on site nurse was so helpful when I got sick. Sea Trek and Bean to Bar were amazing excursions. Dawn gave me the best massage I have ever had! All bartenders are great! Vince made us amazing drinks! Loved the pools and swim up bars. Entertainment was great! Silent Disco was a blast! Thank you Halcyon staff for taking care of my husband and I as guests in St. Lucia! I only have two complaints. Our bed was very hard. Secondly, the drivers from the airport and to the excursions. Speeding and weaving in traffic. One of our drivers hit a curb. Due to the aggressive driving, we decided against seeing the other Sandals Resorts. However, the driver that took us back to the airport was excellent! Not sure if Sandals has any influence on how the driver transports guests. If Sandals can address this issue it will be greatly appreciated.

It's a small resort very far from the airport. You can never get a reservation because there are only a few restaurants on site. The one restaurant we managed to get in lost power for 30 minutes which interrupted our meal which wasn't even tasty. Who wants to eat in the dark?! DO NOT use the photo services there. We purchased a package where they assured us our items would be shipped abroad to the US which never came but was paid for. The only positive thing are the staff are nice.

The best vacation for a couples get away. Sandals at Halcyon Beach made our honeymoon so enjoyable and relaxing. The food at every restaurant was amazing especially Kelly’s Dockside. Olivia at Mario’s made our dinner so enjoyable. We felt like we were right at home and the staff really do care about their guest. The activities by the pool were so much fun. Even though we were only there for 5 days most of the poolside staff knew us by name by the 2nd day. We will definitely be returning!!!

Just back from 10days at east winds resort It was the best holiday resort I have stayed at The staff were all so helpful and attentive Jermaine your omelettes were the best I have ever tasted and perfectly prepared. Michal the Wild Sex Cocktails (the recipe I gave you) were the very best and delivered to us at the pool and beach always delivered with a smile. All in all the place is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday good food fine wine and excellent service by wonderful caring people.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at East Winds. The resort is gorgeous, rooms are lovely, food/drinks were great, and staff goes beyond to make you feel welcome and ensure you have everything you need (and more). This is so much better than a 'big resort' experience that can feel crowded and less personal. Shoutout to Devon who took us out on a hobie cat for an awesome sail when we were a bit nervous about the winds. Other guests staying here were really lovely as well - we got the peace, quiet, and R&R we were seeking in beautiful St. Lucia! We will be back to East Winds!

Fantastic time spending 10 days here with my wife in our 30s. It was my first time but my wife has been many times in her life. Special shout-outs to: Titus, Windel, Sylwia, Septima, Selma, Angel, Linton, Harry and many more I'm missing here! They made it an especially nice time. Resort: Small with
