We stayed at the honeymoon hideaway butler suite with a private pool for our honeymoon. We had Kyle, Trisha, and Den for our butlers. They were very attentive, and we never had to wait long for anything. I personally think our room was in one of the best spots on the resort; some of them were decently far from the main lobby/pool area. We also really liked having a private pool and being able to order room service whenever we wanted. We really enjoyed the beach. We ended up buying snorkeling gear from the resort and snorkeling to the left of the beach near the rocks. Sandals did offer a free snorkeling excursion, and it was fun, but we ended up seeing more just snorkeling right off of the beach at the resort. We did a paid excursion to do the volcanic mud bath, waterfall, and snorkeling at the end. It was very fun, and I highly recommend it. The food at the resort was also really good; our personal favorites were La Toc, The Pitons, and Armando’s. Each restaurant we went to had beautiful views of the ocean. On our last full day we took a taxi to the Sandals Grande resort while we were here and booked a cabana for the day on the beach, then shuttled back to our resort for dinner. It was definitely worth the money, and it was neat to spend a day at one of the other resorts on the island. Overall, we really enjoyed our honeymoon here and hope to come back again someday.

The moment we got on to the shuttle we were greeted with smiles and excitement. When we arrived in the resort the staff was AMAZING. Shout out to our housekeeper Mary and our shuttle driver Uri- you made us feel so welcome. If we could elect Uri for prime minister of the island we would. The resort was GORGEOUS. Food was top tier. I loved not having to put much thought into anything because the staff would assist you with anything you need. They are friendly. Our room was clean. The beaches were to die for. Views were breathtaking. Just book the trip here- you won’t regret it.

This Island vibe was felt from the moment we stepped off the plane! We traveled with the Black LOVE Tour 2025 with about 16 couples celebrating our 25th Anniversary and we turned up every night. The butler services are amazing especially Skyler, Shannon, and Sam! Great crew, good food, and a wonderful time all around. Definitely recommend it!

Our stay at this resort was not terrible, but it definitely fell short of expectations. The room itself was a bit disappointing. The AC unit couldn't keep up with the heat and we found it difficult to sleep comfortably. There were also small ants throughout the entire room no matter how much we cleaned up. Another concern was that the complimentary toiletries were previously used then refilled; even after requesting replacements, we still received previously used bottles. The resort overall feels very outdated, and the photos online are quite misleading compared to the actual experience. The pool area was especially concerning as the tile surface is incredibly slippery. The pool tiles are falling off and the pool cleanliness depended on the day. Some days there was garbage floating around. Landscaping around the property was also underwhelming and did not have the "visual paradise" we anticipated. On a positive note, the food was fantastic! Additionally, the staff was very friendly and willing to help whenever we needed something, which we truly appreciate! For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard in both the upkeep and atmosphere, especially when compared to competing resorts where we spent less. While our stay was not completely unpleasant, the resort needs improvements to make before it can live up to the advertised experience.

As soon as we arrived, the Sandals team was extremely warm, welcoming & hospitable. We had the phenomenal butler team of Donovan, Rodger & Sydney, who catered to anything we needed with urgency and kindness, everything from planning dinners and excursions, to a simple lighter needed for a cigar. Their fun and happy-go-lucky personalities blended with ours instantly and we had so much fun together, and they even threw 2 separate celebrations for the butler guests. We will absolutely be back and will request this same dream team. Thank you Donovan, Rodger, Sydney & the rest of the Sandals team!
