Was a relaxing day, I had a day pass here. Receptionist was lovely. The next lady we saw was also lovely she was the lady in the palm restaurant that greeted you 1st. After that it went down hill. You could feel the attitudes. Especially the lady at the bar. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I thought they had done renovations, couldn't see anything new. The bathroom needs a make over. It maybe the cheapest all inclusive, but it's still in the 1000s. They need to do more. There was a lovely chef though. Friendliness goes a long way.

This is a HONEST REVIEW!!! PLEASE READ the bad reviews!! 2 star at best. When we arrived at the resort, the older lady working at the front desk was the rudest individual we have ever come across when checking into our rooms, did not tell us where our room was located, and basically pushed us through. She basically threw our room keys at us. The resort needs a lot of TLC. Never any toilet paper in public washrooms. Dirty glasses. The employees at the resort need to have a team meeting with the owners of the resort to learn how to be professional and friendly. We met maybe two employees that were friendly, the rest were either rude, never smiled,. It was like they did not want you there including the GM Clinton .

Return visitor although after ten years. I am having a wonderful time here once again. Yes this is not a Hilton or Marriott, but you are getting a lot for your money here, starting with an incredible mile long clean white sand beach with clear blue water, located directly in front of the resort. The resort feels very safe, spacious and well laid out. The Staff are all wonderful, friendly and polite. Two massive pools. The food and drink are very good and plentiful at this all inclusive. Very comfy bed and pillows. Lots of free wooden covered beach lounge and pool chairs. Wifi works well. Even live R & B singing. What else do you need ? For the money simply unbeatable and I've been over ten times to the Carribean. Better than much pricier resorts. Love it...Will be back again....

The building is old. Room is small, shower is tiny but overall the room is clean. Breakfast and lunch buffet don't too many choices but food is good. I DON'T like the dinner menus from the pizza factory and unfortunately we were there for 4 dinners and 3 were at the pizza factory. We had dinner once at the pizza factory and went outside for 2 dinners.
The buffet dinner was good. The grill had good snacks. The staffs need to do better not as happy and friendly as other Resorts, however, Judith was friendly and helpful but the real MVP is Shavanie, she was super nice.
The pool and beach were clean, plenty of chairs and umbrellas.

Lovely place & location… that’s the selling point, amazing large beach, beautiful sunsets & good pools Rooms are basic, has all you need, good AC but quite small overall & tiny shower, bathroom door kept coming off the hinge every time you opened & closed it, no lock. Food is tasty though not much variety of fruit even though there is a wide variety available on the island locally grown, there were only the same 4 options every day, 3 times a day… also no special seafood like prawns or anything else, only fish available. Sometimes you have to wait over half an hour mid service for items to be replenished. Bars are short staffed, you have to queue a while to get drinks. The bars, restaurants & entertainment times keep changing every week so keep an eye on that. Beware of the huge tax when you arrive, read the small print, extra costs per room per night & in addition a surcharge on the number of guests per room per night. Service is poor, staff are not friendly, only one or two would smile & chat, majority seem miserable & don’t engage with guests, some were even quite rude, not welcoming… after about a week a few more warmed up & became a bit more smiley & friendly but overall the service was poor, the staff don’t seem happy at all which in turn made guests feel unwelcome there. I would say this improved towards the end of our 2 weeks, so maybe staff morale had increased. They said they only clean the rooms weekly which is terrible for a 3* hotel, they wanted you to empty your own bins & even after a week they hadn’t come to clean, we had to ask multiple times to get it cleaned, they finally did, but only in the evening when we needed the room to shower etc so was very inconvenient… and they only changed the towels & sheets, they didn’t clean anything - floors, toilet, sink, we had to ask them again to actually clean… in the end they did but only the floors & sink, toilet was left undone… then we realised they hadn’t even replenished the toilet paper or toiletries so we had to chase them for that too… all in all shows incredibly bad service, this was extremely disappointing & frustrating for what we paid. They did finally come to bring what we needed. There aren’t many public toilets & the reception toilets are constantly out of use. Quite a few other issues we had were the shower kept getting scalding hot every so often, it wouldn’t remain consistent in temperature. Other guests complained of this too. A lamp was broken which they did fix but the telephone kept constantly ringing randomly with no-one on the other end, even throughout the night waking us up, we told them about this but nothing was ever fixed so we had to constantly keep unplugging it when we weren’t using it & before sleeping. We requested kettles for the rooms but none were provided. Wi-Fi is not that great but you do get reception in some areas, so not too bad for basic use. Overall if you know what to expect it’s manageable & the location is amazing, so you can still have a fabulous time.
