I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The food and drinks were delicious, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the beach was beautiful. Although the hotel was fully booked, we were pleasantly surprised to find that it was easy to secure shade and beach chairs, and there were no long lines for food and drinks. We had no issues with hot water or the public bathrooms, which were always clean. We appreciated that the tap water in our room was safe to drink, making things more convenient. The weather was gorgeous every day, with quick and light rain showers that didn't bother us at all. We loved our vacation in Jolly Beach!

Was a relaxing day, I had a day pass here. Receptionist was lovely. The next lady we saw was also lovely she was the lady in the palm restaurant that greeted you 1st. After that it went down hill. You could feel the attitudes. Especially the lady at the bar. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I thought they had done renovations, couldn't see anything new. The bathroom needs a make over. It maybe the cheapest all inclusive, but it's still in the 1000s. They need to do more. There was a lovely chef though. Friendliness goes a long way.

My husband and I, along with my best friend and her husband, visited Jolly Beach Resort hoping to relive the amazing memories we had there as kids. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. Check-In Experience: When we arrived, the front desk staff gave us three keys—two for the room and one for the safe—but didn’t explain anything, including where our room was located. The receptionist barely spoke to us, leaving us lost and confused. A kind staff member eventually pointed us in the right direction. Our room was located above the Pizza Factory restaurant. When we asked another staff member if there was an alternate way up, she had no idea, so we went through the restaurant. A staff member there rudely told us we couldn’t bring our luggage through, but offered no alternative. Frustrated, we just used the stairs anyway. Service: This was by far the biggest disappointment. Most of the staff were unfriendly and made us feel like an inconvenience. It seemed as though they didn’t enjoy their jobs, and the atmosphere reflected it. We weren’t the only ones who felt this way; other guests we spoke to shared similar frustrations but hesitated to complain openly, likely out of fear of upsetting the staff. Food: If you’re a foodie, avoid this resort. The buffet, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, was the biggest letdown. The food was bland, unappetizing, and lacked seasoning. Although the buffet changes its theme daily, it’s essentially the same unexciting dishes recycled over and over. Most proteins were rubbery and overcooked. The Coconut Grill by the pool was decent for lunch, though far from exceptional, and the Pizza Factory was a bright spot with friendly service and a better dining experience. However, you have to book by 7:30 AM to get a table. They rotate between cream-based and tomato-based menus during the week; we found the cream-based dishes to be the best option. Facilities: The resort itself is very run-down. My friend’s room smelled of mold and was near ongoing construction, which added to the discomfort. She even had paint splashed on her sandals after walking through an area where a staff member was painting and offered no warning. Housekeeping comes at an additional $10/day, which felt unreasonable given the already poor quality of service. The Beach: The beach is lovely but is a public space, so you’ll encounter vendors regularly. While it wasn’t a dealbreaker, it’s something to keep in mind. Overall, while we enjoyed spending time with our friends, the resort itself was a letdown. Between the unfriendly staff, lackluster food, and neglected facilities, we can’t recommend Jolly Beach Resort. It needs significant improvements to match even basic expectations.

Soo even though this was my first time out of the country by myself . The staff and people that lives there were so nice . Everyone gave me credited information on where to go , what to do and parties to enjoy . I always had a driver on stand by and even Got escorted to my room while they carried my bags . The rooms were pretty outdated but I went around carnival time . I was barely in the hotel . I did come to the hotel when they served food which was also good . Drinks were amazing ! Even the pool was relaxing and not so packed . The week of me staying , anything I need in the room they brung it to me without a problem . I would def stay again . It was closer to all the stores and places I needed including towns.

This is a HONEST REVIEW!!! PLEASE READ the bad reviews!! 2 star at best. When we arrived at the resort, the older lady working at the front desk was the rudest individual we have ever come across when checking into our rooms, did not tell us where our room was located, and basically pushed us through. She basically threw our room keys at us. The resort needs a lot of TLC. Never any toilet paper in public washrooms. Dirty glasses. The employees at the resort need to have a team meeting with the owners of the resort to learn how to be professional and friendly. We met maybe two employees that were friendly, the rest were either rude, never smiled,. It was like they did not want you there including the GM Clinton .
