It is a lovely Island. The airport and immigration was smooth. This is a very tranquil beautiful all inclusive resort. There are plenty of things to do such as paddle board kayak etc. Beautiful beaches and a nice infinity pool. The food was good, and they rotated the food well. Most of the staff was welcoming with a few exceptions. There are nice concrete paths to walk on, however, you have to watch your footing, there are potential trip hazards especially if you're older or wearing sunglasses.

I traveled with a group of 10 women to help celebrate my 50th. I love resorts on the smaller end so this was perfect as far as being right on the beach. It’s affordable & beautiful. Some areas of the resort could use a little updating. But the beaches really make up for that. the beaches are the main attraction & I enjoyed each & every one of them! As for the food/drinks, I’d like a better variety of breakfast food. Perhaps some more authentic island food as opposed to the heavy European & American staples. Also, did not expect to have to pay extra for top shelf alcohol. Never experienced that at other all-inclusives before. Overall, the resort staff were fine. Some were more attentive than others. Management & Housekeeping really did a great job of making my 50th birthday celebration very special. From the Champagne to the cake, the room decorations & the table at dinner. Beautiful!

The property itself is not bad at all. However, there are one too many faulty components. Let’s start with the issue of insects. While they did their due diligence to get rid of the insects outdoors; it wasn’t the same for indoors. After trying to wine down after a long hot day, an influx of insects took over the room. This lead to us spraying an over exceedingly amount of bug spray which led to choking, coughing and sneezing. Then there was an issue with food poisoning. I was unable to enjoy the first few days of the vacation due to constantly having to run to the bathroom. The dining utensils were unusable, then when asked for a different one it was as if it was a bother. Due to this factor I spent a lump-sum of my vacation money on food outside. That should not have been the case because the property is all inclusive. Lastly, we were called on the room phone to confirm date/time of checkout, which was confirmed. The day of no one called or came to the room to assist us with the luggage, that literally has to be wheeled from one end of the resort to the opposite end and up two flights of stairs. There needs to be better accommodation for guests to enjoy the resort comfortably.

We had such a relaxing and enjoyable holiday here. We picked Hawksbill based on the reviews saying that it is a quiet, relaxing place with beautiful views and beaches, which is what we wanted and it didn't disappoint. We stayed in a Honeymoon Cove (/now Oceanfront Room) room which had such nice views and a lovely balcony space. The room is fairly basic and the bathroom decor is a bit dated, but the room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Couldn't fault the food, it can feel slightly repetitive in that each meal there's usually the same type of meat and veggie dishes but all were of a good quality especially for a buffet. Food at sea grapes and PD's grill was also delicious. Service as others have mentioned is slightly inconsistent, most of the time it was good but we stayed over the Easter weekend and noticed a difference in service over the weekend and bank holiday compared to a normal weekday, but not enough for it to have any real affect on our holiday. There were some great staff that stood out throughout our stay including Erroll, Marie, Dellary, Angela and Gerald. We also got married (elopement) at the resort during our stay, and we really enjoyed our day. The whole process was smooth with everything kindly organised by Debbie from everything on the legal side down to the cake, flowers and arranging hair and make up for me. We wanted a simple wedding just the two of us with a stunning sunny back drop and that's what we got. Will definitely be returning to celebrate future anniversaries to come 😊

Breathtaking views from everywhere in the resort. The beach was crystal clear and the sand soft and clean. The pool was amazing. A very laid back resort where it's easy to unwind and unplug from reality. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was delicious and the drinks just kept coming. Can't wait to go back. I would recommend booking direct if you can get the same price as an Expedia because you get a lot of perks in doing so...one being free airport transport and a stocked mini frig every day you are there.
