First time staying here and we loved the location of how close to Disneyland it is. Rhonda at the front desk did an awesome job. Every interaction we had with her she remembered small details we'd talked about before and always greeted us with a smile and asked us how we enjoyed our days in the parks. Only 2 cons we experienced are the floors in the rooms do need to be cleaned better which I did see is a consistent issue on other people's reviews. And whoever is working when a company drops off a mobility scooter needs to make sure they are plugging them in like they are asked to do because ours almost died on the way back to the hotel that first night due to the hotel employee not plugging the scooters in.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was a longer walk than the other hotels we’ve stayed at, but you can’t beat the price! Our room overlooked the pool so we were able to watch the fireworks from right outside our room. We swam in the pool and hot tub multiple times and it was very clean. Our room was clean and everything worked well. We will definitely stay here again.

I checked in around 10 p.m. and had to wait about 12-15 minutes since there was only one person at the front desk. Before arriving, I requested 2-3 warm blankets, not sheets, and a crib. While I received the crib and two towels, my request for blankets was not fulfilled. After texting the front desk again, I received a response apologizing for the delay, stating they were assisting other guests and would respond as soon as possible. They also mentioned they had already placed two blankets in my room, but I had only received towels, which I hadn't asked for. My husband tried calling the front desk twice, but both times they answered and immediately hung up. Since I used points for this stay, I expected a better experience, especially given that this is a Marriott property, not a Motel 6. The building is old, and it shows. My husband ended up going downstairs to ask for blankets, but they were out of them, so they gave him sheets instead. To top it off, the door to our room doesn’t close properly, and we can feel the cold air coming in. It’s hard to believe that a hotel of this caliber could run out of blankets. We're here for Disney, but based on this service, I wouldn’t expect this from a Marriott.

We stayed here for our most Disney trip. It’s only a half a mile from Disney which is really nice. You could Uber or walk to the park. It is pretty close to I-5, but the noise didn’t bother us. You can see the Disney fireworks from the hotel which is amazing. They also have a nice coffee shop in the lobby. The service wasn’t anything memorable very average service. Check in and check out was pretty simply. The parking is a little pricey since it is $34 daily which we were not aware of. The rooms were not great. The shower leaks and spills a ton of water on to the ground. Our last night there our bathroom was flooding since the bathroom ceiling was leaking. We were given another room which was nice, but still pretty inconvenient to go through. Rooms cleaning are done every other day so depending how often you like your room refreshed it can be a good or bad thing. Don’t know if we would consider staying here again.

Worst good neighbor hotel of disneys in close proximity by far. Doors are unaligned and don’t close well for safety. and for always being “fully booked” they really need a remodel. Room floors were disgusting. Service was bad. Only one helpful employee that somewhat made it up to us named Jesus. The rest of them were horrible with customer service. Could go into more detail but all in all. The only one who should be a manager is Jesus Sanchez he listened to us and offered something to us and followed through. I have think they need a new staff that takes customer service training, and they need to invest money into there company so they can actually be at a Sheraton marriot level. This was like staying at a motel 6.
