I’m not one to write a review! But, this place has been such a massive mess and headache for me for about a week after my stay. Customer service at this place is non-existent and not a priority. I arrived at my MOTEL style room with no hot water, had to hassle front desk AND maintenance to fix this. Maintenance had no idea about the issue about 8 hours after the initial report I made. The highway IS loud. I slept through it. But, seriously?? No soundproofing at all?? Received no parking pass, charged around $70 for it while being unable to leave the lot without a headache, other guests experienced this as well. Security guard came out to help us and was dismissive and rude. I spoke to Marriott customer service who offered me a partial refund of $50. The hotel outright refused to honor this and claimed MARRIOTT customer service had no authority to give me a refund and did not honor it. They, instead, refunded me $30. No housekeeping. Policy states 2 nights or more should get housekeeping, and they were nowhere to be seen. Arrived with a spot of brown on the back of the toilet. By far worst Marriott I have ever stayed at. Staff has a serious communication issue. I saw the bad reviews and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, I wish I listened. I have an ongoing case with Marriott and this hotel now. I’ve seriously lost faith in their customer service.

Lovely friendly staff. Especially Leticia, she was so welcoming and easy to talk to. For the rest of the hotel ( or should I say motel ) I was so disappointed. I’m surprised this was a Marriott. The lobby was beautiful but the rest of the hotel was shady and ran down. Elevator glass had graffiti carved into it. Didn’t feel like a safe location. The pictures online hotelfish you and it’s crazy to think they can host weddings. Lamps in the rooms didn’t work. you can hear your neighbors all night. Walls are dirty. Bathroom was terrible. The moment we walked into the room , we wished we would have booked elsewhere and could have gotten a refund. This is coming from someone that stays at Marriott’s frequently. Don’t stay !

The location is walking distance from Disneyland but you have to walk along a busy road and across a hwy. Kind of scary if you have small kids. Don’t plan on early check in because they won’t have rooms available. Rooms are dirty. There was a ketchup stain made by my 2 yr old, after housekeeping cleaned the same stain was still on the sheets so that’s how I know our sheets were never changed. They switch out towels but that’s it. The baseboards, phone and lamps look like they have never been cleaned a day before. At least mop and clean baseboards. The same random hair on the bathroom wall that was there when we got here has been here all week. Also many stains on walls and doors. Staff is friendly though.

Worst experience ever at Disneyland hotel. We will never be going back there. Bathroom tubs flood and they know it but rent out the rooms anyways. Simply since they know you’re gonna be at Disneyland all day and it’s gonna be too late for you to complain about it when you get back. We left half a day early because I had to take my kids home to shower. When we told front desk about the flooded bathroom, they said they would fix it But when we return from Disneyland around midnight, bathroom was still the same. Horrible experience

Literally the worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed in. Yes it’s walking distance to Disneyland but I wouldn’t say it’s a safe walk. You have to walk on a busy road. The breakfast at the hotel is absolutely disgusting. The man working the breakfast area couldn’t be bothered to fill the coffee and was too busy on his phone to care. The staff was very kind, we got an unexpected upgrade to a fireworks view. Fireworks view sounds great until the motel is shaking while they’re going off at 9:30 at night. The rooms were absolutely disgusting. The shower pressure was so low that I told my spouse to not wash his hair. The floors were dirty, none of the lamps worked, the front part of our door was falling off, the walls are so thin you can hear everything the next room is saying and doing, water stains all on the ceiling, old scratched up furniture, the tub was dirty, and the toilet was an inch from the wall. It was the most horrendous vacation I have ever taken. We left a day early. I looked at pictures on Disneyland’s website of this great neighbor hotel and they didn’t match what we stayed in. I’m ashamed Disney recommended this hotel. I will never be back here.
