Recently stayed at this resort with family and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The room was spacious, clean and had a beautiful pool view which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff was always ready to assist with a smile and room service was quick.
The resort offered great amenities like free transport twice a day, which was a nice touch and the pool service was excellent, with attentive staff making sure we had everything we needed. The gym being open 24 hours was another added bonus for us as we like to stay active.
However, there was one major downside—the breakfast. While the resort offered Indian food options, unfortunately, they didn’t taste anything like Indian cuisine. As pure vegetarians from India, we were disappointed to find the food inedible. It seemed like the Indian dishes had little to no resemblance to the flavors we’re accustomed to. In fact, we ended up having croissants for breakfast for three days in a row because nothing else was suitable.
If the resort could hire an experienced Indian chef or at least take the time to learn proper Indian recipes, it would greatly enhance the dining experience for Indian guests.
Aside from this, everything else was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Spend 3 day 4 nights here with wife and kids. The resort looks good from afar, but once checked in we saw tons of problems. The buildings were built to low standards. Both rooms we rented had serious water condensations problems on the floor that make it extremely slippery to walk on. Dangerous for kids and older people. The furnitures and bathrooms are made of cheap materials and are chipped and rusting in many places. The food service at the hotel restaurant was not great. The food was generally bland and tasteless. The items they served are of cheap packaged food, not freshly cooked. The serve staff are not helpful. When asked for one slice of bread after breakfast to feed the fishes. They want us to order a full meal.

We stayed here for about 4 days last week. Everything was amazing! The service, the food, the views, the foam party, and especially the location! We got a free room upgrade as well without request!
The hotel is located right in the center; everything's nearby, which made it so convenient for us! Would love to stay here again.

Walking distance to the beach and aonang landmark night market. The staff are helpful and nice. Nice kids playroom with various toys. 2 swimming pools; one meant for adults, another meant for kids (shallow and kids friendly).
The room and toilet are clean. But the room is somehow slippery. After some time in the room, the floor will get watery and become really slippery. My kids almost trip a few times. However we contacted the staff and they mopped the floor. But after about an hour, the floor is wet again.weird but true.
Not all rooms are wheelchair and stroller friendly, so please ensure u inform the staff should you need a wheelchair/stroller friendly room.
The staff are helpful. I just hope that they can do something with the floor.

The hotel is definitely worth to visit. For kids the premises and the offer is extraordinary with the swimming pools and their slides.
The room was very big (we took one for 2 adults and 2 kids) with free mini bar per day including some snacks and plenty of drinks.
The location of the hotel is good in a bit less busy area than Ao Nang beach but still walking distance from it.
The only negative point that I would say that keeps the hotel from being extraordinary is the restaurant. We tried it for lunch and dinner and you really need to be patient if you are hungry. If it is busy it takes so log to have the food on the table and the waiters are not very fluent in English.
