This is a clean, reasonably well appointed, reasonably priced, hotel in a reasonable location. The included breakfast is fine, the A/C works well, it's quiet, the staff seems quite friendly and it's a 15 minute walk to the beach. The street is lively if you turn right as you leave, but rapidly thins out if you turn left.
The shower works ok, but isn't in great repair and the hot water tank runs out fairly quickly if you aren't a little careful (this is pretty common with Thai plumbing in my limited experience!). The staff's English is good enough. The room phones need some labelling (0 for the front desk, 221 for room service).
There's not a lot to complain about and the price is very reasonable.
I think you'd need spend a lot more to get a better shower/location/staff language skills. So overall I definitely recommend it!

Great hotel! The staff was nice, polite and very helpful. Everyone was smiling and friendly. There is a nice reception and the rooms are large and clean. There is a modern TV. We also had direct access to the pool from the room. The views from the hotel are wonderful! You can see the stunning mountains and the sea. At the top of the hotel there is a pool with beautiful views and it is really high up there. The breakfasts were also very good. I recommend the hotel definitely!

Just came back from holiday here and I was so disappointed with this hotel. Three times going into the restaurant for breakfast was stopped by three sentries asking for my room number then followed by a fourth. No one would want to sneak in here for breakfast the food is not great. Dairy and fruit left uncovered and the breakfast was leftovers from the previous night.
The aircon in the bedroom leaked. I had to put the wadtebin underneath it to collect the water. The room smelt of sewer and a damp musky oder. The water was cold and the tea and coffee was nit replenished daily as advised by reception.
The hotel is dated and needs to be refurbished. A complete rip off

Our family loved our stay here. The rooms were clean, the food was yummy (great choice for breakfast buffet) and lots of choice for restaurants, massages etc in the area. Good value.

We paid for a sea facing room but didn't get one. The tea, coffee & sugar for the room wouldn't be refilled till we complained about it. Not many options for vegetarians to choose from for breakfast and the staff don't make an effort to ask if they can offer something else to make up for the lack of options.
