Not a 4 star resort. Don’t be fooled by the photos of the pool area. It is dirty and doesn’t have any of the nice loungers seen in their photos. I would liken it to a 2 or 3 star level pool area. We felt a bit scammed by the photos - disappointing. Service is also 3 star - very grumpy staff at the pool bar area and you are forced to ‘sign in and out’ for your beach towels… I have never done that at a 4 star hotel! The staff are very cold towards guests, none of them offer their help or assistance you have to ask them. However, the room is amazing. Very clean, nice balcony, nice bathroom, aircon works great, bed is large and comfy, lots of space to hang clothes. We intended to spend more time in the hotel as it looked so nice but we were very disappointed. However if you intend to only the use the hotel for it’s room (as you will be out exploring all day) then it is perfect as the room is very nice.

Don’t be fooled by the photos. It is expensive without the luxuries. The hotel was a huge disappointment. The place looks run down, dirty and there is rust everywhere that’s metal. Looks very cheap in fact, sofas in the lobby were peeling and look untamed. The cleanliness left much to be desired—dusty rooms, tiny space, please be sure to check the size of the room before booking! The pool, which was already tiny, looked far worse in person than the professional photos on the website—definitely misleading advertising. Drinks are served in cheap cloudy plastic glasses for the going rate. If you’re expecting what you see online, prepare to be let down. Overall, not worth the price or the frustration.

Quite disappointed with the hotel to be honest. The rooms were quite small and breakfast was horrible. The pool area is the biggest disappointment. There were only 4-5 parasols and not enough lounger chairs. Nothing like the photos on their website. Every other hotel provides 1 parasol for every 2 lounger chairs. It's uncomfortable to sit by the pool on the chairs without parasol when it's too sunny. Makes it very hard to read a book by the pool without parasols too. The service at the reception area is also bad. We checked in with 2 guests per room but were only given 1 access card. When i asked for an extra card, the receptionist informed me that they didn't have enough cards. Housekeeping cleaned our room but left us with no towels and did not refill our shampoo. We waited quite a while and i called up the front desk. The front desk staff was really rude. Instead of explaining they are short staffed, she shouted "Just Wait!" On the morning of our last day, i called front desk to ask for 2 bottles of water (housekeeping usually provide 2 bottles complimentary every day) and they refused to provide us with any water since we are checking out on that day. We were told they have to charge us for water since we are checking out at noon. Absolutely ridiculous. I would definitely not return and strongly advise others not to choose this hotel.

STUNNING hotel! The lobby was gorgeous and rooms were clean! Beautiful views from our room and the pool. Around the pool was not entirely clean on the floor but we wore flip flops. Cocktails were lovely by the pool too. The staff were very friendly delivering our cocktails to the pool. Decent location - 7/11 around the corner and about 5/10 mins from the beach

I was anticipating this place due to the negative reviews, but I really don't understand why. Honestly don't listen to the bad reviews. Hotel is perfect location, clean and nice quiet cozy rooms. Could be a little bit cheaper but it's high season. So 5 out of 5.
