We are owners at Blue Tree Resorts and this was our first visit here. The facility was lovely and checked all our boxes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Answered all of our "first time" questions. The condo sleeps 6. Has 2 full bathrooms and fairly well stocked kitchen if you want to prepare meals. The pool we used was close by and clean. Not quite as heated as we would have liked. The resort is very close to the Disney theme parks and they have a shuttle that will transport you to the parks. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at the resort from the 19th of September to the 3rd of October and honestly all i can say is there was nothing but disappointment. The rooms were full of Mould and Damp. The Mould ending up spreading on to our luggage and clothes and in result we have had to throw them all away as it would not become clean. The seriousness of the mould resulted in us all becoming ill with flu like symptoms and my partner ending up in hospital with an infection leading to his brain. My two year old daughter’s breathing had become very heavy and after reporting the concern to the staff they were extremely rude and dismissive looking for anyone to blame but themselves. They then moved us when we only had two days left of the trip to a cockroach infested room. In the two weeks we were there we had to ask for towels as they were never brought to the room and in one instance one came smeared with human feces all down it which is extremely unacceptable and revolting. No one ever came round to clean the rooms which resulted in us having to go out and buy products to clean the rooms ourselves. The carpets were filthy and soaked with damp and hair. I would never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone. It truly ruined our experience which we have spent the past 2 years saving for. This is my 3rd time in Florida and i have never experienced anything like it before!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the resort. Location was close to all the major attractions. The room had everything we need - vacuum, washer, dryer, and full kitchen. The pools were open to 11 pm so we took advantage of taking a dip after a day of adventure. Plenty of free parking and it was peaceful. I did not hear any noise from the neighbors or outside. We did not see one single bug in our room. The staff were awesome. We had issue with dryer and disposal. When I called the front desk, the maintenance staff came immediately and fixed the issue. They even replaced our dryer. I will definetly recommend the resort.

This resort was kind enough to extend a discount to us while visiting a dear friend at the hospital. We weren't vacationing, and never even managed to make it into a hot tub, but the staff was so accommodating and kind, and the property was beautiful. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious but did have some ventilation issues like almost every property in Orlando, so not really an issue. The absence of carpet was a real plus for us. One day I hope to return and actually enjoy the three pools and two hot tubs!

The location is the only acceptable thing here. First, the room is incredibly dirty. Second, none of the laundry facilities work in the entire place. Third, it is run down beyond belief. Fourth and most important is that some of the buildings do not have air controls. For example. It is 60.degrees outside so the entire building air is OFF. No air flow no fan running etc. My son has has numerous asthma attacks tonight and tomorrow If it drops below 56, the heat will kick on . in florida. Unreal. I have spoken to the front desk and am told there is not much they can do to assist us in getting us into a room that will not have this issue. Unfortunatley for us that will likely leave us in a position to be in the emergency room before the end of our stay as his asthma will continue to flair up. Thile answer of opening our windows on the bottom floor. Facing a random parking lot is insane , unsafe and down right offensive for the 500$ we spent to stay here . I'm currently awaiting a response from "management" who won't be in in the am... big shock. For the record the inside of our room is reading 78 degrees. No one is sleeping tonight. So fun and comfortable. If I could give negative stars, I would . It should be noted i have stayed here 5 times before with no issues like this. But this is completely unacceptable
