Sent from my iPhone I was hesitant when I booked this hotel because it is an older property, but we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were fairly updated, clean and comfortable. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the restaurant waiters and the bartender were friendly & professional. Our family was there over Thanksgiving and ate at the hotel restaurant buffet which was fantastic! The location is minutes from Universal and has a shuttle as well as being surrounded by restaurants within walking distance. This hotel was a great value and we will definitely be back next time around.

My stay was a mix of positives and negatives. While the location is excellent—close to many restaurants and gift shops—several issues detracted from the overall experience. Firstly, the room was not fully cleaned during our stay. One of the most frustrating problems was the toilet, which clogged almost daily, making it difficult to use as waste wouldn’t flush properly. Additionally, the combination of a curtain and a bathtub caused excessive water to spill onto the bathroom floor, creating an inconvenient mess. Another small but notable issue was the coffee service. While they provided a coffee sachet, they didn’t consistently supply cups, leaving us unable to enjoy the coffee on some days. After a few days, we raised these concerns at the front desk, and the service improved noticeably. Unfortunately, by that time, we only had two more days left in our stay. Although the location is a strong point, the repeated inconveniences early on made the stay less enjoyable. I hope the hotel continues to improve to provide a better experience for future guests.

Had a room in block 3 level 4. Nice night time views of International Drive. Room a bit dated, but comfy beds and functional. Have stayed here a few times and have always felt safe and secure. Good value hotel and no complaints from me or my wife. Would recommend this hotel.

A great hotel, with great accommodation and service! Super clean, and the front desk is always willing to help you and guide you to make sure that you stay is as best as they possibly can make it! Super grateful to stay here, and I will definitely recommend anyone who comes to Orlando to stay at this hotel

I had a bad experience with this hotel. To start, as soon as you check in, they give you a voucher to claim a "gift." You end up spending over half an hour talking to their staff, and they offer you a bunch of free stuff and a few free nights at any hotel in their network if you make a $40 deposit (WHICH THEY GUARANTEE WILL BE REFUNDED!) and attend a presentation at a Wyndham club. I asked SEVERAL times what would happen if I didn’t attend, and they GUARANTEED that I would get my money back. Well, even before the presentation took place, I informed them that I couldn’t attend and wanted my money back, and they once again GUARANTEED the refund. It has been WEEKS, and there is no sign of the refund. I now know that this money is completely lost due to the scam they pulled. DON’T FALL FOR THESE PROMOTIONS, and I believe that any decent hotel shouldn’t support or encourage their guests to fall victim to this kind of THEFT. We also had issues with cockroaches, including finding one INSIDE THE MICROWAVE. It’s worth spending a little more to stay at a better hotel.
