Stayed here 4 or 5 times and always been good for us. Stayed here during hurricane Milton and can only praise all who work here. We asked to move room due to being on the ground floor and was worried it would flood due to hurricane hitting. Got moved straight away and even got met by maid with extra stuff for new room. Reception team where brilliant kept everyone well informed and felt completely safe. Excellent location and plenty parking spaces. We will be back next year

Great location! Hotel is a little outdated but was good for our one night stay, and the courtyard is actually so cute! Parking was a plus (included) with a gate and security. Lots of open late food options nearby which was a big positive for us!!!

This is not a bad place to stay because literally everything is literally walking distance. They have 24 security at the gates, if you have any issues they take care of it immediately and they have 2 pools which are nice and cool to enjoy. The photos online makes it seem like a luxury but its more modern. But the rooms are decent and again any food you are craving is just a walk distance away. Will we come back here again... YES we will because the convenience of everything around.

Our room was clean. There was a microwave, coffee machine, fridge, hairdryer and T.V. We opted for the inclusive breakfast which was a good choice. The breakfast was buffet style with enough choice to assemble a substantial meal before heading off on our daily trips. Especially good when there were 3 kids in the party aged 7,8 and 9. All our needs were attended to by Norma and Wendy who were most polite and helpful. Those girls are a credit to your company. Some evenings we had dinner at the hotel which was a carvery style. On the occasions we ate there there was roast beef, pork and turkey on the menu. As with the restaurant, the staff in the shop and bar were so friendly and polite. The location of the hotel gave easy access to many shops and amenities. The Disney parks were not so close though. On our first day, the hotel reception put us in with a taxi company - Mark's Transportation. We used Mark daily and got some good rates which over the week worked out favourably when compared to the price of a car rental. Mark was knowledgeable and gave us some good advice. He was more like a friend than a taxi driver. I don't know if we'll return to Orlando but if we do Rosen Inn International is where we'll stay.

Exceptional Stay At The Rosen Inn International. Staff Very Attentive And Polite And Helpful. Rooms Spacious And Have All What You Need. Location Brilliant. Hotel Even Did My Special Request Having A Fountain View Room. Very Secure And Safe. Excellent Food For Breakfast And Dinner. Free Shuttle To Universal. Highly Recommended. Thanks Guys.
