I recently stayed here the rooms are spacious and clean. The pool and food was great. The front desk staff were great, friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Everything was great until I met with the night security guard. She was so rude with a attitude there's ways to approach and talk to guests. She ruined my night she needs to learn how to speak to others correctly. Everything was good except her.

Pretty good value for the price. Its not a high end hotel so if you're looking for something like that, then there are other places for you. However if you're into a comfortable stay without burning your budget then this is perfect! The place is within walking distance to various restaurants and parks. They also had a nice pool which I didn't get into but nevertheless; I can recommend this place.

Charged me almost $500 for a stay I didn't receive, and refused to even answer the phone. I tried canceling for 2 days and never got anyone to answer so I could cancel. When I had Expedia contact them, they said even though they acknowledged I wasn't there, they would be charging me for 2 additional nights. You couldn't stay anywhere worse than this. 1 star is too good for them.

Pros: Excellent location - walkable to Icon where there are many stores and restaurants. Close to the highway making it easy to shoot off to other neighborhoods in Orlando. Pool was nice - it looks a lot better in photos but still a nice place to spend some time. Cons: Low end finishes - makes the space feel old and not clean. Uncomfortable pillows - too high and not good for the neck. Humidifier can be perceived as loud for some, for us it was good white noise.

My family recently had to evacuate Hurricane Milton and there was only one place we were comfortable going to and it was the Avanti…we have been frequenting this hotel for 5+ years. I want to commend the staff for their accommodating job to a full hotel of evacuees….they did a phenomenal job with making sure we were taken care of and safe. I especially want to thank Jeffery (bartender) who as always was amazing and provided awesome service….he remembered us from our previous visits and made us feel at home. Another cudos to the staff that worked Wed night 10/9 at the grille. Most of them worked double shifts to ensure we had hot food…and I believe a lot of them including the manager stayed on site that night because the cashier from the grille the previous night actually opened the bar the following day with a smile so we could enjoy the rest of our stay. I’m sorry I don’t know the names of the crew that worked that evening but they deserve acknowledgement. I highly recommend this hotel and as always will be returning on a lighter note and not evacuation. We even brought 3 couples with us that are our neighbors and they were highly satisfied and comfortable…
