I came here a few years ago, but I remember perfectly my experience here.
The service is extraordinary like the food. There are 3 pools with 3 different depths an one fore the kids. I really like this place also if the sea isn't that cool. There is animation for kids and they also have a "theater" to watch movies in the evening. The rooms are clean and they are pretty big. I love this place and I wanna come hare another time. The price isn't too high. The service is the best and it's like a 5 star hotel service.

The place is beautiful and it's a paradise for children with all the pools, slides and entertainment.
Pros:
-Rooms are basic but comfy (missing a water kettle/coffee facility).
-Location: I love the quiet area but the closest beach is rocky (used to be a beautiful sandy beach) so you need to walk 10-15 minutes to another close by mini beach (not ideal with a stroller).
-Lots of flowers and grass and all is well maintained
-Beautiful pools areas with slides and tons of attractions for kids
Cons:
It's really not nice that in 5 days stay I did not find 1 sunbed available in the pools areas. The customers are really impolite and 'reserve' them with their towels for hours.
Food and beverage: the quality is really bad (not to mention some clients to stuff their plates like there was no tomorrow). Artificial flavour juices, "paella" with weird taste, salad bar with canned carrots and beetroot...)

Just home from a family holiday. Staff great and lovely area.. however the quality of the food really let's the hotel down. We read the negative reviews about the food, but thought it couldn't be that bad.. however it was. We were all inclusive and did use the restaurant for breakfast as it was passable.. however we ended up eating out pretty much all of the other time. The rest of the hotel was fine & our daughter ( 4 ) loved the splash pad, kids club, mini disco ect. However due to the food we wouldn't ever return

The most disappointing was the room.
I was not expected on a 4 stars hotel too ‘’see’’ the light through the curtains…and that was not all, but it is the most significant (see the picture)
Update: easy for you to copy paste most of a text.
When the room is looking as G102, don’t ever say that you are trying to provide delightful experiences. We are talking about 4 star hotel…and the curtains are not the only problem from the room.

Stayed at the sol falco in a standard room 314 in the cortego block on the top floor found the room adequate for 2 adults and 1 child . Room was prepared to a fair standard and beds were made daily. Had a view of the pool area . Air conditioning was good and the room was nice and quiet. Found no problem at all with the food . Great variety at all times of the day and the staff were very polite and hard working . Wine was reasonable and cruz campo beer on draught. Variety of nationalities staying at the hotel mostly with families and children of all ages . Didn't see anyone abusing the all inclusive drinking . Was a few people smoking and a few cigarette butt's on the ground and I think this could be addressed with a designated smoking area. Entertainment staff were really energetic and although we didn't join in with everything still had a laugh watching those that did especially the pool bike spinning class . Pools are quite deep if you or your child are not competent swimmers we bought a noodle and armbands for our 8 year old just for piece of mind and enjoyed the salt water pool that we adults could stand in . Cleanliness around the pool area could be improved but not too bad .
Manged to get 3 sun loungers every day .
Night time show was at 10pm for an hour and the best by far was the greatest showman performed by the hotel Entertainment team. All inclusive drinking ended at 11pm so by 12 pm it was nice and quiet. Some nice beaches within a short walking distance. Main beach was quite busy but a smaller beach was also nearby and good for snorkeling. Rocks were quire sharp but plenty of the supermarkets sell swimming shoes . Little harbour with a few bars and restaurants, shops and nice ice cream shop . All in all a good holiday
