I came here a few years ago, but I remember perfectly my experience here.
The service is extraordinary like the food. There are 3 pools with 3 different depths an one fore the kids. I really like this place also if the sea isn't that cool. There is animation for kids and they also have a "theater" to watch movies in the evening. The rooms are clean and they are pretty big. I love this place and I wanna come hare another time. The price isn't too high. The service is the best and it's like a 5 star hotel service.

The place is beautiful and it's a paradise for children with all the pools, slides and entertainment.
Pros:
-Rooms are basic but comfy (missing a water kettle/coffee facility).
-Location: I love the quiet area but the closest beach is rocky (used to be a beautiful sandy beach) so you need to walk 10-15 minutes to another close by mini beach (not ideal with a stroller).
-Lots of flowers and grass and all is well maintained
-Beautiful pools areas with slides and tons of attractions for kids
Cons:
It's really not nice that in 5 days stay I did not find 1 sunbed available in the pools areas. The customers are really impolite and 'reserve' them with their towels for hours.
Food and beverage: the quality is really bad (not to mention some clients to stuff their plates like there was no tomorrow). Artificial flavour juices, "paella" with weird taste, salad bar with canned carrots and beetroot...)

Our first holiday in a while and what a fantastic hotel. We had an issue on the first night with the room and straight away got moved . The staff are excellent, the food is for everyone and great choices. If you have an allergy mention this and they will cook meals for you. 7 pools from the busy ones in the centre to the 3 quieter pools. Location is great 10 min walk to the marina and main beach and just a 3/4 min walk to the smaller beach behind the hotel. If you are wanting to explore and don’t drive the bus service is good and cheap as are the taxis. We have already booked to go back in October

Just home from a family holiday. Staff great and lovely area.. however the quality of the food really let's the hotel down. We read the negative reviews about the food, but thought it couldn't be that bad.. however it was. We were all inclusive and did use the restaurant for breakfast as it was passable.. however we ended up eating out pretty much all of the other time. The rest of the hotel was fine & our daughter ( 4 ) loved the splash pad, kids club, mini disco ect. However due to the food we wouldn't ever return

Rooms OK, food just OK, microwaves to warm your food up, but personally it should be hot to begin with, no kettle in room, not sure why so take one or hire one. Get up early if you want a day round the pool, embarrassing as brits, as day in day out beds taken, marina lovely, food an beers spot on. On the whole lovely holiday , hotel staff amazing bar staff entertainment team restaurant staff all amazing 👏
