The hotel is beautiful. The sea view is exquisite and the rooms are spacious. The staff are really friendly and welcoming and hospitable. Thank you to Rhea for accommodating our requests and going the extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Thank you to siyam for his kind hospitality. The food at the buffet is lovely too, great variety and taste. The private beach is just 800m away and is well secluded and maintained. We loved our stay at this hotel. Thank you to all the staff and management for keeping the place clean and being helpful. We will miss this place😊

We celebrated our son's birthday at a really great place to stay. The hotel staff were welcoming, and the room was spacious and very tidy. We also received a complimentary cake that was yummy, and the gesture was so sweet. The buffet breakfast offered a lot of great choices. The kiddie pool was a plus, and the lifeguards were very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

I recommend staying in this hotel, it's not that far from Dubai if you want to go for sightseeing. There is a private beach, the Staff members are super kind and polite, room is always clean. And I must say I loved the food there 💓

Overall my experience was very bad due to staff behavior. Check out experience was very frustrating, due to a meeting I tried to check out one hour before than check out time. This is first I was checking out that earlier but hotel staff waisted my one hour without any reason. I will definitely not suggest this hotel and may be Wyndham group at all for any kind of stay. I think this is first time, I writing a one star review being a traveler. For a happy travel away from this property. We just tried to not spoil our mood during our stay. 😅

This was a hotel that hit the mark. Great rooms. Very professional and polite service. The food was amazing, you can eat as much as you want. Everything was fresh and fragrant. The restaurant service was very friendly. Buses to Dubai were provided by the hotel. The hotel had amazing and professional masseuses. I sincerely recommend it to everyone.!!!

What's about I would like to say a big thank you to the staff! Anything we asked for delivered! Especially thank you Mr.Hameed who came to help us deal with loud neighbors at night! He came 3 separate times until they calmed down! The beach was phenomenon! Especially all the guys who worked their the security the lifeguards. Ive never safer at a beach my entire life. No one is selling you anything no one is nagging you. They don't let anyone walk on the beach if they aren't staying at the hotel. The food at the beach club was out of this world! Make sure you get the sea view room or you will regret everything! The only thing I would recommend is updating the lobby as it gives off a very low class vibe it doesn't suit the rest of the hotel.The rooms are new and renovated but the lobby needs attention. Overall I would absolutely come back to this hotel especially with how attentive and welcoming the staff are!

I loved the bell service staff and appreciate all the staff at the hotel for their service, understanding, and cooperation. The bell service staff are amazing. They were so polite, understanding, and proactive in their interactions with me and my wife. Mr. Tunde and his partner Mr. Mohamed were exceptionally cooperative and predicted our needs. We stayed mostly in the room during our stay and ordered numerous times from food delivery services. The reception and bell teams were so understanding and would immediately bring the delivery right up to our room. Our experience with the housekeeping staff for our room was also exceptionally wonderful with complete understanding, privacy and discretion provided by the housekeeping team. Many many congratulations to the GM and training teams of the hotel for such a great and uniform experience during our stay. Will will certainly be back. Best wishes.

Very polite and professional staff beginning from reception team and hospitality team (4 stars for Mr. Rida) there are made our stay very pleasant. Breakfast was upper medium class with not too much of variety and the taste overall is convenient. GYM, saunas were very nice Swimming Pool little small with good deep. Overall hotel very clean with nice view. Last not least…Thanks for upgrading our booking.

RUBRENT

I am staying at this hotel for the second time and I see that everything has become worse. Also, judging by the reviews of the administration, they do not plan to change anything, only template responses are visible and there are no updates. What got worse? 1. There was no cleaning in the room (they just sprayed water and wiped the floor with a dirty mop) 2. Upon check-in, I had to ask for towels and a dental kit 5 times (they arrived 5 hours later). 3. For some reason, a man in a restaurant randomly drags guests to the front desk to double-check the type of your dish. This is absurd, because you've been going there for several days now and are constantly calling the room number. Why is he doing these repeated checks? Uncultured employee 4. The room stock and all the furniture are terrible and have not been updated since the purchase (applies to all rooms in block 2)
