Beautiful spacious rooms, it has everything you need for your stay. Excellent location, wonderful views, overall high level of service. Helpful and friendly staff, good that some of the staff speak Russian. I liked the generous All inclusive package, although in the last days of my stay, it seemed that drinks on the beach were limited. The cuisine is delicious, filling and varied. Despite the fact that the embankment next to the hotel is under reconstruction, and the beach area is slightly shifted, buses run regularly, it is good that the hotel has a lot of equipment. Excellent free transfer to Dubai Mall. The pool, although not large, but the space is praised. There is one wish - to increase the number of swimming accessories for children under 10 years old, since there is no separate pool for them. The gym is compact, but there is enough sports equipment to keep fit. All the necessary infrastructure on the beach is - a shower, a toilet, a changing cabin, all the premises are looked after, regularly cleaned. The beach itself is also looked after. Lifeguards are always nearby, this inspires confidence. Beach security monitors order and safety, strangers are not allowed, things can be left on a sun lounger. Water activities for an additional fee. Excellent beach hotel.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was very good. However, we were surprised to find out upon arrival that the beach can only be reached by bus, which was not mentioned in the reservation details. I also asked for a small birthday surprise for my son, as the main reason we booked this hotel was to celebrate his birthday. Unfortunately, the request was declined because his actual birthday was on September 9 and our stay was on the 13th. I explained that his birthday fell during the week and we could only celebrate on the weekend, but the hotel still refused. This was quite disappointing, as it would have meant a lot to us. Overall, while the hotel is nice, this experience left us with mixed feelings.
