Starting with the Front Office team – special thanks to Mahmoud for ensuring a smooth check-in and arranging a comfortable room for us, and to Udara for being so helpful throughout our stay. My appreciation also goes to Mr. Hameed for his professionalism and flexibility. At King’s Grill, the F&B team exceeded our expectations once again. Mr. Chandana and Mr. Gérard impressed us with their warm hospitality and outstanding professionalism. Our thanks also to the chefs for preparing such delicious food that perfectly met our expectations. Lastly, the beach team deserves recognition for their approachable and caring attitude, which added an extra touch of warmth to our experience. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Ajman with a private beach, and the impressions were the most pleasant! The hotel is located in a quiet place, not far from the city center, which allows you to enjoy the tranquility. The first thing I would like to note is the magnificent private beach. The water is clean, the sand is soft, the sun loungers are comfortable. The staff carefully monitors the order and cleanliness. The rooms are spacious, bright, with a beautiful view of the sea. The interior is stylish and modern, the furniture is comfortable, the bedding is high-quality. Daily cleaning maintained perfect order. The hotel staff is especially admirable. All employees are polite, smiling, ready to help at any time of the day. They made our stay comfortable and carefree. The breakfasts are varied and delicious, the choice of dishes will satisfy even the most demanding gourmet. Fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes - every morning was a pleasant start to the day. In general, the hotel leaves an unforgettable impression. The perfect combination of comfort, hospitality and a great location make it an ideal choice for a family holiday or a romantic getaway. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend their holiday in a pleasant atmosphere and enjoy the sea view!

We had a wonderful stay! The service was excellent from start to finish — everyone was welcoming and friendly. Special thanks to housekeeping (Poe) and the Duty Manager for the early check-in and lovely room. The breakfast was delicious, and the surprise setup for our kids made the trip extra special. Lobby ambiance and room cleanliness could be slightly improved, but overall a great experience. Highly recommend and looking forward to our next visit!

It was an amazing experience, we visited ajman this weekend and “Mr. Mahmoud” from the front desk welcomed us with the best way by upgrading our booking to one bed room apartment for free ! Breakfast was amazing with a lot of varieties and beach was amazing as well, highly recommended for couples and families. Thanks to all hotel front desk, room service and house keeping, you people have made my trip so amazing !
