The rooms at the hotel could be a bit better and we had a few days where we didn't have hot water for showering. However. The staff is amazing. They treat you so well and go above and beyond. Notably, Harmony and Ms. Helena are gems and treat guest so well. We will definitely be back to visit.

Not a 4 or 5 star resort but easy to find and check into. Probably good for families who want to hang around the resort and beach with children. The bellman who took our bags instantly made me feel like he did so only for a tip and lingered in our room flicking all the lights and fan (which was broken) until we gave him something. I really just rather take my things myself it’s not entirely helpful when there’s two or three of us and he can only carry one bag. Especially if he isn’t reporting the issue with the fan to maintenance or the front desk. So for that it didn’t feel like an upscale check in.
We didn’t check some reviews before about the construction until after booking a garden view which is still a main view of a huge pile of dirt and new constant construction now blocking the marina inlet. Without the other reviews we wouldn’t have known about the construction going on in the “garden view” rooms. Property isn’t discounted during construction and there’s no comment on it anywhere in our booking.
We also didn’t have hand soap in our room which when I asked the front desk for some they advised me they don’t put it in the rooms they could offer body wash… Also the bathroom sink did not drain well and would be so full from just washing your hands and take forever to go down. We reported it as well but this didn’t get fixed during our stay. The shower floor also had a settled puddle at all times. Many stainless fixtures were rusted. Just felt like it could use some elbow grease and some freshening up on existing rooms.
Cons: No robes. No slippers. No extra pillows. No handsoap. No pool chair beverage waitservice. Hot tub wasn’t working.

Our stay at this hotel in St. Lucia was simply fantastic! We booked a king suite with a pool view, complete with a kitchen and living room, making it feel like a cozy home away from home. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always friendly and attentive. The location is great—just a short walk to the hotel’s private beach area, where chairs and umbrellas are set up and ready for guests. Room cleaning and fresh towels are provided daily, keeping everything fresh. They also have a waterpark that kids, and adults, can enjoy! Plus, there are several nearby restaurants to indulge in, and it’s less than 10 minutes from a grocery store and other amenities, which was super convenient. Don’t miss the bar’s twice-a-day happy hour (buy 1, get 1 free). Though this hotel is about a 1.5-hour drive from Hewanorra International Airport, the comfort and amenities made it well worth it. Highly recommend!

Nice place, decent rooms though not special, food is good, drinks are decent enough. They do male good use of tourist pricing. Service is a little erratic, slow at times, some staff don't look hard for work, but all very polite.
Good that it is in partnership with the 3 hotels;we were in the Inn. Fine quieter but with less facilities. Useful bus link from the hotel to the beach.
Would not like to see what happens in peak season. We were in low.
I should point out that Helena was a fantastic example of how hotels should be staffed.

Bat Gardens needs renovation. This is just a fact. However, the location is fabulous and there are some members of staff (like the breakfast chef, few members of housekeeping) who are excellent and if I could afford them - I would happily steal them to work for me in my villa.
That being said, it is too difficult to reach the reception/reservations/front desk from overseas in this day and age. Way too difficult! The food was not reliable (except for breakfast). And staff inconsistent.
All in all - would go back. However, someone else would have to deal with booking entirely.
