The service at Windjammer was incredible! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed the professionalism of all staff members at Windjammer. The resort itself is beautiful. The white buildings and terracotta tiles look amazing against the vibrant green hills. The beach area is well maintained and very cute. If you are not planning on leaving the resort much, it is a very quiet and comfortable area. We had plans to leave the resort and found it daunting to do so at night because it was so secluded. We were adjusting to the driving which didn't help our willingness to leave the resort but we felt very tucked away from the nearby area. Most of our meals were at the resort. The food was nothing special but we had no complaints about it. Overall we had an amazing time and would recommend Windjammer to anyone going to St. Lucia!

This is a tropical luxury escape. It's a blend of a few worlds into one vacation spot, in a villa setting. There's always something to do, yet you have the luxury of a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The staff are warm and friendly. They'll jump over the moon to make you comfortable and happy. The range of food options is wide, and there's something for every pallette type. There are just far too many to comment on. With spa options, duty-free shopping on property, beach facilities, and tours, you're in a world outside of the other world. It will be hard to leave. Highly recommended.

My first time at an all inclusive and I LOVED it! This resort is the definition of paradise. Nestled in it's own little bay, the villas spread across the hillside offering beautiful views from your room. The food at all the restaurants was delicious and the beach side bars make a mean mango daquiri to get you into vacation spirit. The staff was so very kind and helpful, my family and I had a plumbing malfunction in our villa and were moved houses within a few hours. Definitely want to return when I can!!!

The Windjammer Landing was the perfect place for me and the guy I’m dating to stay. St. Lucia was our first vacation together and it was nice to stay at a place that had everything in order. The ride from the airport to the hotel was a little over an hour and when we arrived we knew we were in great hands. Our room was a villa - the only negative thing I can say is that the kitchen area did not have AC, but the rest of our villa did. It really did not matter that the kitchen area did not have AC because we never ate in our villa. The Windjammer had 6 restaurants and pools. Good is amazing. Service is amazing! Loved the breakfast!! We did their Jammin’ Day Sail to the volcano and the waterfall. We stayed 5 days total! If you have the opportunity to go to St. Lucia, stay at the Windjammer Landing!

Food: The food is very much OK at best. I had higher expectations for Upper Deck which is the steakhouse yet tastes like nursing home food. It needs more seasoning. The prices for the quality are even more hilarious. Service: the service is HORRIBLE. Their approach is kind & warm but they DO NOT follow through. Since alot of people have the all inclusive, I assume the workers believe you won’t tip & take their time & don’t check in with you. Room service would not even answer at times (which you pay a delivery fee on). The only people who get things done are the front desk, housekeeping, Travis at the perch, & Martinez at Upper Deck. Its easy for me to remember their names because of how inattentive everyone else is. Nightlife: There is no nightlife on this resort so you will have to travel for it. Spa: The staff are friendly. It’s really clean. The quality of the massages are lacking. Staff could use more training in that area. I wouldn’t go again. Beach: The beach scenery is beautiful however swim in the pool. The beach doesn’t seem very clean & something stabbed my foot which still hurts. Service on the beach also sucks so you’re better off going up to get your own food & drinks. It took a hour minimum to receive the things I ordered. The property: The property itself is very beautiful. I loved my room. It had a beautiful view. Once again, one of the cleanest spaces i’ve stayed in. Bathrooms in the suites could use some updating but no complaints Overall, I had a decent stay at Windjammer but I would try another resort before returning. Considering the amount you pay for all inclusive, the quality of food, drinks, & service should match the price. Train your staff.
