Beautiful, super friendly staff, great rooms, and excellent food and drinks. Would highly recommend. Those with mobility concerns should contact the resort in advance as there are a lot of stairs. There was someone that helped us with our bags which was appreciated.

Beautiful location, scenery and lots to do locally. I gave two stars in the service department because the breakfast wasn't all that & did meet expectations & some of the staff just seemed like they didn't care, service was just poor to me. I'm lounging on the beach, and I went to the bar & I ordered something, I would expect them to bring it out to me or notify me that my order is ready but that didn't happen. I had the beach front studio, very cozy & great view of the beach & ocean. Ferry to & from the hotel. Anything after 11p, you have to notify the ferry driver so you're not stuck on the mainside. Overall, a great location. I would stay there again.

I recently stayed at the Marigot Beach Club and Dive Resort in beautiful Saint Lucia. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, offering stunning ocean views. However, due to the resort's unique oceanfront and jungle location, I did encounter some unwanted critters - namely, toads and insects - in my room from time to time. The resort's picturesque setting does come with one notable drawback: accessibility. The only way to reach the resort is by ferry, which can be inconvenient for some travelers. While the ferry ride itself offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, it may not be ideal for those seeking easier access to and from the resort. I would recommend Marigot Beach Club and Dive Resort to travelers seeking a tranquil, nature-immersed getaway - but be prepared for the occasional critter encounter and ferry ride.

I do not recommend staying here. Everyone commends about caribbean culture and people here. Guess what, I haven't seen a single smiling staff member at this hotel. People tolerate you at best and only want your money. We arrived late in the evening. Room didn't have any bottled water. I was advised water from tap is not drinkable and I had to buy it from restaurant at 5 USD per bottle. Place charges a lot for staying there, but saving on such basic thing as water is disgusting. I never saw such treatment anywhere else. Breakfast is beyond ridiculous. It is supposed to start at 8, but they only started bringing out food after 8.30 at best. And you can barely call it food. There was coffee, a few slices of bread, fat free yogurt and a few slices af melon. They would only bring out enough for about 5 people. Then you have to wait for 30 min for them to bring out more with unhappy faces. Are they taking saved food home or getting bonuses for hungry guests? There is simply not enough food. It's just a joke. It's the poorest selection of products I have seen in my life. One day they ran out of cups for coffee, I asked a member of staff, she disappeared and didn't come back. In the end had to go and find cup myself. Another day they ran out of plates. Remember, they charge 32 USD for breakfast. Worst experience in my life. Beach is not that nice. Sun beds are very old and are torn. Umbrellas also have holes in them. Water is not very clear and not much to see there. I was really disappointed with it. We lived in what they called superior studio. In reality there was almost no water pressure in shower. Cold water tap was broken and couldn't be opened or closed properly. There was balcony, but no roof to protect it from rain or sun, thus we couldn't really stay on balcony. It was either scorching hot or soaking wet due to rain. Not sure how this can be called superior studio. I guess only if you compare it to shed made out of driftwood. Twice electricity was turned off for hours. One we didn't have any water for a few hours.

Marigot Bay is stunning 😍 the hotel is perfectly located on a small palm 🌴 beach. Marigot has is own bathing areas, with small wooden steps into the bay. A 2 minute free boat ride (with your luggage) takes you to the location, giving you the opportunity to take some pictures. The free car park is located by the boat dock & restraunts. There are limited spaces. We stayed in a deluxe studio room 15a, which was dated, but comfortable, with great views from the terrace. The restraunt & bar 🍸 "doolittles" has a good menu - lots of cocktails & a happy hour...the service is slow & the bar only 1 member of staff available. On many occasions we gave up waiting. There are other bars & restraunts available on the otherside of the bay. Maygo, JJ"s & the Zoetry ...all offering fabulous service with wonderful 😀 views. We enjoyed our 2 night stay 💖
