Went for our honeymoon and couldn’t have picked a better place. The staff is PHENOMENAL, so kind and attentive. Melika & Ester deserve their own special shout out for how respectful and thoughtful they were as our room attendants. Their compassion for us was so evident in how they made up our room and carefully tidied our belongings. The food is spectacular no matter where you eat. Such a variety. The staff always seemed to be having a good time as well. The grounds are well kept and the pools were always clean. The beach was nice and clean and they were constantly cleaning up any seaweed that washed ashore. I can’t wait until our next trip back.

We had such an amazing stay at coconut bay. It was beyond all of our expectations!! We truly could not have found a better fit for our needs as a group. It had the perfect amount of adventure and relaxation. The grounds were absolutely stunning and you can tell what hard work the staff put in on a daily basis to maintain this piece of paradise! The private beach and beach bar was such a fun and unique accommodation. We could not believe all of the negative reviews towards the beach as our group enjoyed swimming almost every day. The food was outstanding!!!! We’re still talking about the dishes at each restaurant and buffet. The service was even better. I wish I could recall everyone’s names for they really did make our stay feel so special. Everyone working the lobby bar and beach bar was absolutely amazing and attentive to our needs. The bartenders at the lobby bar were fantastic at making sure everyone was having fun and enjoying their stay. The late night bartender upstairs was kind and very efficient. Everyone at the beach bar had such fun vibes and the adults only pool bartender was always accommodating to our needs! I believe the cook at the late night snack bar deserves acknowledgment after watching him working very hard in very warm temperatures, accommodating multiple group orders all at once late night. I could go on about staff and how friendly they were throughout the trip. We look forward to returning to Coconut Bay not soon enough.

We stayed at Serenity at Coconut Bay for our honeymoon last year and we couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience. From our spectacular room to the service and food, Coconut Bay was the perfect retreat for us after our wedding.
Service: The staff was so friendly and helpful. Anytime we needed something, someone was there to assist us! Additionally, all the activities we could book and do through the resort were so fun and unique. Personally, we recommend the island tour and the catamaran ride—both were incredible!
Location: there are pros and cons to this. On one hand, it was really nice to be so close to the airport and not have to do the two hour drive necessary to reach the north side of the island. On the other hand, there really isn’t much to do, right outside of the resort. Because of this, it’s easy to feel a little confined to the resort, something I would imagine is a little different if you stay at the north side of the island where the main cities are. For us being on our honeymoon though, we didn’t need to leave the resort much, so this was perfect.
Overall: We couldn’t recommend this place enough. Especially if you’re looking for a more quiet, luxurious experience, Serenity offered everything we wanted and needed to make our special trip one we’ll never forget.

I recently stayed in this hotel, the experience, atmosphere, ambiance and staff was amazing.
There was awide variety of food and activities throughout the day.
The premises and rooms are very clean.
Staff are very respectful and goes above and beyond to ensure their guests are looked after.
The proximity to the airport was very close , around 5 minutes, I felt safe and secure for the duration of my stay.
Good job to all those at the Jerk hut, food is good,
I had it everyday of my stay!!!
To add, the Jamaican chef is doing an amazing job!!

What an amazing experience we had at Coconut Bay! We took a mother/daughter besties high school graduation trip and loved every minute of our time at Coconut Bay! So many great pool and lounge options from around the pool, facing the ocean or on the beach and even hammocks over the ocean!
My daughter is gluten-free and had great options at the buffet for all the meals and she loved the gluten free desserts too.
The entertainment and the entertainment staff is top-notch! We had tons of fun with Gillie and team with tons of dancing, games and overall fun! We were there for 4-1/2 days and still didn't even get to experience everything the resort had to offer. If I'm ever headed back to St. Lucia I'll be back to Coconut Bay without a doubt!!
