The hotel is horrible all over! All the managers and staff here are careless and irresponsible. We had a family of 10, and had made reservations 2 months prior. We couldn't get neighbouring rooms as per our request. Moreover, the hotel is unfinished and yet to be painted. The washrooms and all the fittings are horrible and poorly fit. The main doors of every room were so tight that we had to kick it. We had booked 4 rooms and all were horrible, disgusting and unfinished. Double bedrooms have two separate single beds which separate the couple and ruins the fun. We had old people with us and had to walk for nearly a kilometre to walk to the room. This hotel is poorly built in every angle. The hotel manager - Mr. Dilan was very rude and careless. He spoke to us as if he didn't care about any guests. He had everything in control and could've done the needful to us, but showed irresponsibility, rudeness, stupidity, ego instead. By Taking advantage of the language barrier, him and his colleagues were laughing even after requesting them... Overall, the hotel is useless and a waste of time. The swimming pool is well maintained and clean. If you're going for a flawless experience with well maintained corridors and ambience, this isn't the place at all...

The property situated in a very good location. The rooms becomes wet if AC is shutdown as we had to do because of very low temperature inside the rooms. Service is good. Food is also good. All varieties of food are available here. Location is excellent as it is situated adjacent to beach. There are some services like boat riding available just outside the resort. Overall it's good. Since it's established in a vast area, We had to walk long distance to the approach the rooms.

We recently stayed at the Deluxe Pool Terrace at Cinnamon Bey Beruwala, and it was a fantastic experience! The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and offered stunning views of the pool area.
I want to give a special thanks to Nalaka, our room boy, for his exceptional service in keeping our room spotless and comfortable. He went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable, always ready with a friendly smile and prompt service. I also want to acknowledge Nishara, who provided excellent service at the buffet. She was attentive and helpful, making our dining experience delightful.
The hotel’s amenities, especially the pool, were perfect for relaxing. The variety of food at the buffet was delicious, and we enjoyed every meal. Overall, I highly recommend Cinnamon Bey Beruwala for a wonderful getaway.

The hotel is quite big and all the staff were very friendly and attentive. Especially Wasana the pool attendant. Very chatty and informative. Although the hotel is a little tired it has excellent facilities. The food is buffet style to suit all tastes. It's right on the beach with the warm Indian ocean lapping at the shore. An idyllic setting with the most extraordinary sunsets.
