The property situated in a very good location. The rooms becomes wet if AC is shutdown as we had to do because of very low temperature inside the rooms. Service is good. Food is also good. All varieties of food are available here. Location is excellent as it is situated adjacent to beach. There are some services like boat riding available just outside the resort. Overall it's good. Since it's established in a vast area, We had to walk long distance to the approach the rooms.

I recently stayed at Cinnamon Bey Beruwala, and as usual, Cinnamon Hotels went above and beyond by upgrading my room to the deluxe category, which was a lovely surprise. The hotel is in a great location, and the deluxe room was spacious, well-maintained, and met all expectations.Check-in was smooth and efficient, thanks to Mihirani, who handled the process professionally. The food was of good quality and up to Cinnamon’s usual high standards. However, I did notice that the overall customer service fell short compared to what I have come to expect from Cinnamon Hotels. There seemed to be a lack of the usual warm, empathetic service that is a hallmark of their brand. It was below par, and this is an area that needs attention to align with the high standards I’ve experienced at other Cinnamon properties.Overall, the stay was good, but the customer service could definitely be improved to maintain the high standards that loyal customers like myself expect from Cinnamon.

The hotel is quite big and all the staff were very friendly and attentive. Especially Wasana the pool attendant. Very chatty and informative. Although the hotel is a little tired it has excellent facilities. The food is buffet style to suit all tastes. It's right on the beach with the warm Indian ocean lapping at the shore. An idyllic setting with the most extraordinary sunsets.

I have visited Cinnamon Bey a few times, and I must say they've significantly improved their standards. The hospitality is excellent. I requested a king-size bed since I came with two kids, and they provided a triple bed instead, which was fantastic. Every time I made a request, they fulfilled it within minutes—truly remarkable.
The food was great, with a wide variety at the buffet. Every staff member we encountered, including those at the front desk, greeted us with a warm smile, which made us feel very welcome. I would give them 5 stars for providing such a great stay, and I will definitely come back.
The only negative I noticed was that the wall tiles in the room seemed a bit old. A renovation would be great, but despite this, I still give them 5 stars for their outstanding service and hospitality.

Quite far from anything but close to the beach but can't really be swim in or sunbath with it being strong current which we didn't know till we was here, advertised as beachfront but swim at own risk.Food is okay but variety is it more curries and anything didn't have much variety. The lights are hanging out of the pool with the wires hanging out. Rooms are good but beds are hard are sharp on the ends floor was filthy and dusty in bathroom, need to clean inside the rattan doors and inside the lights. Ordered food from a restaurant it arrived, chicken nuggets were burnt and tasted off. We told them they brought some chicken soup and some fresh fries. Hotel built from concrete. Need air con constantly or the room will become damp from the humidity. Some staff members quite pushy in asking for a review. Wanted it doing right at that moment. Outdoor pool lights inside are hanging out of the wall. the hotel is not very clean, it floods when it rains. Other staff very helpful would definitely not stay at this hotel again if I was to visit srilanka again. Wanted to use the sauna but after some explained of what I wanted they told me it was broken so only paid for treatments were available. Very disappointing.
