The staff were attentive, warm, efficient and friendly. The breakfast buffet could improve in terms of variety and taste. Dinner buffets were better. Rooms were cozy. The pool was lovely. It had plenty of space and wasn't deep so the kids could move around more freely.

Beautiful place with wonderful sea views and a private beach. We were only here for one night but would have loved to stay longer. The dinner buffer was huge with lots of options and several chefs cooking fresh things for us to enjoy. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the rooms were large and comfortable.

This hotel has very attentive staff who are always happy to help. It is set in a great location in the national park and right on the beach. Room was spacious, modern & clean. Our safari driver, Ruwan, was amazing and worked so hard to make sure we saw both leopards & elephants, which was no easy task! A lovely relaxing environment overall. Would definitely recommend.

Location and the rooms were really good, but we were really disappointed regarding the service, we check in at 7.00 p.m. they asked us whether we are gonna check in for lunch or dinner and we informed them that we will check in for dinner we paid for 1 night full board, next morning we were asked to check out early as they want the room, how pathetic is it to ask a customer to vacant the room when we have already paid for full board when the check out time should be after lunch??? Disappointed

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location - the national park surrounds it on one side and the ocean waters flowing into the beautiful beach on the other. If you're lucky, you'll meet an elephant that comes to drink water from the hotel's pool. Although the location is breathtaking, the hotel itself is in need of a refresh. The standard of the rooms is fine, but during our stay the air-conditioning was noisy (something was creaking inside) and there was an unpleasant smell in the absurdly large and empty bathroom. The food is fine, we only used the buffet option and if you want to come for dinner, expect food to be scarce after 9pm. Service is neutral, at times giving the impression of absence.
