On my recent stay at Heritance, I was struck by the courtesy and professionalism of the staff, particularly John Eric and Chandika at the front desk, who greeted me with warm smiles and provided excellent service throughout my stay. made the check-in experience smooth and pleasant. Additionally, Samantha at the restaurant helped make my great experience through her attentive wait staff and insightful menu recommendations so that every meal was a delight. The combination of a warm atmosphere and wonderful staff really set this hotel apart, and I highly recommend it for anyone who wants a special getaway.

We spent 2 nights in the Sentido Heritance Negombo after our tour of Sri Lanka ended and before we flew home. The hotel is close to the airport so it’s a great stop flying in or out of Sri Lanka. Overall the hotel was very nice (to be expected for the price point). The rooms were well designed and cleaned and all the grounds were well manicured. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a lot of local and western variety and we enjoyed watching the sunset from the See bar. Overall great hotel and recommend it!

Great hotel on the beach. We had a large spacious balcony room looking over the pool and beach. Spotless and great shower. And it has a wonderful breakfast. Staff were very attentive and very happy to assist with their local breakfast dishes. Thank you Madushika for your assistance.

4-Star Great stay overall! The hotel has a beautiful beachfront location with stunning ocean views. The pool area is well-maintained, and there are plenty of loungers to relax. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with nice balconies to enjoy the sea breeze. The service was generally good, though it could be a bit more attentive at times. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, with fresh and tasty options. However, some areas of the hotel feel slightly dated, and a few minor maintenance issues could be improved. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a relaxing stay in Negombo. Not quite 5-star, but definitely a comfortable and enjoyable experience! Would recommend.

Fantastic! The staff, rooms, food and all the facilities were wonderful. Had an absolutely amazing few days here. It was my birthday during my stay and I received a room upgrade and a beautiful chocolate cake was delivered to my room. Would definitely recommend this hotel.... totally loved it, thank you for making my stay so lovely!!
