The Heritance Negombo is a wonderful hotel. The location overlooking the beach is stunning. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed with great views. Service at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. I ate breakfasts and dinners at the hotel restaurant. Madu always greeted me with a warm smile and showed me to my table. Samantha, who served us, made sure our order was correct not too spicy. I was impressed by their hard work and attention to detail. In fact all of the restaurant staff worked as a team to ensure you enjoyed your meal. I will long remember the short but pleasant time I spent at your hotel. Thank you.

We stayed 8 nights in this fantastic hotel with a beautiful sea side view, clean rooms and good food (we liked the menu style diners a lot more then the buffets ;) ) . The staff was also great, especially  Maduwanthi, Suresh (for giving an extended explanation on cricket), Madhawa, Rohitha (for the arrack suggestions) and Dilshan. Each giving us an exceptional experience on their own. We appreciated the parting gift aswell.

Day # 2 ... of my 3 night stay. Just needed touch on the wonderful staff here. For example, the ever so friendly Rohitha greeting & serving me and fellow guests around with a smile. At both dinner last night and at buffet breakfast. He is one, of the many excellent staff here. Credit to the hotel. As outside the "things" we want from a hotel stay. Its the staff, that have made this brief but nonetheless memorable time here delightful.

Overall its a good and clean hotel and I really enjoyed my stay with them. SSpecially the restaurant staff is really friendly and very hehelpful. They are very good in satisfying the guests. Their service is appreciated and they very polite and professional. I do not hesitate to recommend them for any other guests.

We had very good experience with the hotel. We arrive early from airport and they let us check in early. The room is clean, the view is fantastic. The breakfast quite ok, its just need to improve information and knowledge on Halal serving and ingredients and menu for any muslim/Islamic guest later. Anyhow Mr Aruna was very helpful and attentive in serving us. The receprion also very good in giving extra hours for late checkout to accomodate our late flight tickets. Thank You and we will promote this hotel to our friends and family later on.
